Verona Hotels with Wifi

"I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door. Checking in was very smooth with the help of the manager in the front (Laura). We were easily checked in and escorted upstairs to our room within a matter of minutes. Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour. It is beautiful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. The food was delicious. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer. While traveling, it can be hard to stay healthy so that juicer was very nice. The room was well air conditioned. It was well kept. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job keeping the room tidy. It was nice coming back to a cool room. Also, I forget the name of the young lady bartender... she was very nice and accommodating. The front desk even helped call the taxis when necessary since we're not from there. The lobby was also a nice place just to relax and cool down while waiting for a ride or just lounging. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again."

"This hotel offers good value for money for guests visiting Verona. It's conveniently located, about an 8-minute walk straight after turning right from the train station exit, then another 7 minutes straight after turning right again (totaling around 15 minutes). You can reach the old town arena in about 25 minutes on foot, so most interesting places are within walking distance. The staff are friendly; I found the room a bit cool at night, and housekeeping promptly brought an extra blanket when I called. Breakfast is Italian style, with a good variety and tasty options. The hotel's decor retains its 1970s charm and is well-maintained. While some room facilities are a bit dated, particularly the electrical switches, you can see what was considered state-of-the-art in the '70s. My only regret is that the shower is over a narrow and steep bathtub. I was concerned about slipping, especially for older guests, and there were no grab bars on the wall, so I largely avoided using it."

"The location of this hotel is just around the corner from Piazza Bra or the Arena of Verona. There is also a big PAM supsemarket right at the start of the street 2mins away which we found very convenient for buying drinks and snacks. Roberto, the host/receptionist, was very very nice and explained everything to us including the wifi access etc. We even lucked out with a room with a balcony. It was a very nice stay, and I would recommend this to visiting Verona for a few days. The only downside is yhat there is no daily housekeeping. We stayed 4 nights without any room cleaning nor change of towels. However, Roberto shared his watsapp number with us, and I think new towels can be requested if needed. I will be happy to stay here again on our next visit!"

"Absolutely love this hotel (especially the hotel cat). Good selection of breakfast available, next to the hotel is a Russian mini market so you can get some snacks. Very close to the bus station and easy transit to the train station."

"The best thing about this Moxy, first and foremost, is its location. The hotel is right by the Verona train station, just out the door and to the right. Across the street is the bus stop, making it super convenient whether you're traveling by train or heading into the city. Even though it's right next to the train station, and our room even faced the tracks, the soundproofing was surprisingly good. We barely heard any noise at night and slept very peacefully. The hotel generally maintains Moxy's signature youthful and modern design style. The public areas are vibrant, and the rooms are clean and tidy. If you prefer a more stylish and relaxed hotel vibe, this one will definitely meet your expectations. Regarding the service, I want to share two specific points. On the night we checked in, it happened to be the World Cup quarter-finals. The hotel's lobby bar was packed, and almost all the staff were gathered there, engrossed in the game. Unfortunately, our TV malfunctioned – we had sound but no picture. We contacted the front desk, but after waiting for over an hour, no one came up to fix it. So, we ended up having to 'listen' to the entire football match, which was the only slightly disappointing part of my stay. However, apart from this unique incident, all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially one male staff member working during the day – he was humorous, enthusiastic, and very professional, and he could also make a beautiful and delicious coffee. Later, when our train was delayed, he proactively offered us a lot of practical advice, which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, this is a very vibrant hotel, and it lives up to my impression of Marriott's Moxy brand: young, modern, clean, and with service full of personality. Aside from the little hiccup on World Cup night, my stay was very satisfying. If I ever come to Verona again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose to stay here."
