sonI booked two nights away from the city to travel by taxi with my parents. It was a really neatly remodeled hotel. Although it's really small, it was convenient because of the elevator. The neighborhood where the hotel is located was clean and safe, so I relaxed at night in the morning. The bakery and supermarket are all within 100 meters, so I can eat all the fruits, bread and everything I need. Taxi was also coming soon after calling the app out of the room, so I went around comfortably. There was a subway station about 200 meters away, so public transportation was convenient. It is recommended. I think I'll book again.

Provided 2 in 1 hair shampoo/conditioner.
No body lotion.
No toiletries etc provided/available upon request.
No daily house keeping.
Strong water pressure. Bathroom floor will get wet/flood after every shower.
Fresh towels exchangable at front desk as informed during check in. However, some staff were not aware during my encounter.
Poor reflection of service since it is a practice for citadines yet counter staff ain't aware of it.
A senior lady staff able to converse chinese/Mandarin fluently.
Laundry room at ground floor. €5per wash n €4 per dryer.
Complementary coffee at lobby.
Location is ok n easy to reach various attractions.
Bars around the corner. Grocers n Asian eateries are 5 to 10mins walk.
Not suitable for those with large luggage to travel by metro to reach Citadines. No lift. The escalator had been out of service by days. Most of the metros in Paris are not large-luggage friendly. No lifts or escalators.
Best to arrive here with Uber coz either u ve to climb slope or some stairs depending from where u r coming from before u reach the hotel entrance.
Friendly staff. Had a good stay anyways...

Overall, it was a good stay, and the location was pretty decent. I landed at Beauvais Airport, and the airport shuttle dropped me off at La Défense bus terminal. From there, it was about a 10-minute straight walk, so it was quite convenient. The room wasn't big, but it had everything I needed for my one-night stay. The front desk service was excellent. I hadn't booked breakfast, but they had free croissants at the front desk, which was a nice touch! Water was also available for free at the front desk, as there was none in the room. All in all, it was good, and the decor was well-done, giving it a feel similar to a budget hotel. The main reason I chose it was because my flight arrived late, and the bus got to La Défense around 11 PM when the metro was already closed. Plus, my itinerary for the next day included Van Gogh's village, and I was catching a train from La Défense, so overall, the location for commuting was excellent! The room looked pretty much like the official pictures, so there wasn't anything special to photograph.

Hafiz805Pros- Room was spacious compare to any other hotel in Paris. Convenience for a family of four. A few metro stations away from Paris around 15-20min journey. The nearest metro station, Esplanade Metro is just 5 minutes walk from the lobby and cost around €2.10 for a single trip to Paris- charles de gaule etoile, auber and etc.
Cons- if you are booking Uber/ Bolt, make sure to select Ibis Hotel or Novotel Hotel La Defense. A few drivers have difficulties to find this hotel entrance.

KNAJI had a great time staying at the Pullman Hotel in La Défense, Paris. The location was perfect, especially for visiting Disneyland Paris, which was just about a 15-minute walk away – very convenient for a day trip. Additionally, there was a huge shopping area nearby within walking distance, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy after a busy day.
The hotel itself was excellent, offering comfortable accommodations and modern amenities. However, there were a few downsides regarding the fitness facilities. The gym was quite small and felt outdated, with a limited selection of equipment. It definitely could use an upgrade and more diverse gym gear to enhance the workout experience. The sauna also had some issues with access; the process for entering and operating it was not very user-friendly and could benefit from better handling or clearer instructions.
Despite these minor setbacks, my overall stay was wonderful. The hotel's location and amenities made it a memorable experience, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area, especially if you're planning a trip to Disneyland Paris.

The hotel is superb and well located. Direct access to the Gare du Nord train station and close to the shopping center. The room is spacious. It's just a shame there are only 3 chairs for a 4-person apartment. The kitchen is great, with plenty of dishes. The only downside was the pull-out bed. It wasn't made up, and the duvets and pillows were in a cupboard behind the kitchen door. Since the door was open, we couldn't find them. The mattress was very good. The shower water kept switching between hot and cold, which was really unpleasant, as was the constantly changing water pressure. We were not told that the linens weren't changed unless we paid for them. Despite these minor inconveniences, we loved the view and the amenities. The staff was really pleasant, and the place was quiet.

The place was good, the bed was comfortable, but the TV got stuck at some point and couldn't be turned off or disconnected. Which was a problem because of the light it emitted. The service the first night was good, but the second night one had to wait quite a while for someone to show up at the reception. A little frustrating and problematic if one is in a hurry.
The Location is average, but according to the price, so in that sense I have no real complaint.

The hotel stopped providing paper towels after they were used up. They only provided toilet paper, which was very inconvenient. One of the two elevators was broken, so it took a while to go up and down the stairs. The refrigerator had a good cooling effect. The microwave and tableware were also very practical.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. Turn right and you will find the subway station. You can see the Seine River. Relatively speaking, it is a large space. A brown-skinned and round-faced guy in the hotel provided super good service. If you see him next time, tell him that Ms. Sun recommended you to book a room because you are great~
