Novotel Paris la Défense Esplanade

Super trip. This hotel is good with a great location and value for money. Recommended.

The room was very hot, and I asked the technician to do something. He came and said that he couldn't do anything because there was no refrigerator in the room, and the water was only available on one floor. We also ordered food delivery to our room, but it wasn't delivered. The receptionist told us that the restaurant wasn't open, and they said that it would be open in an hour, leaving our children hungry.

I paid for two nights double bed room. When we arrived at the hotel midnight, we were told that the room had leaked water so we moved to a sister hotel Ibis hotel in a very small room with two single beds which was not our choice and the rate per night was totally different. This was very embarrassing and frustrating. We waited at the check in reception for one hour only to be told that we were being moved to the sister hotel. Now I received an email of apology saying the hotel was overbooked but on the day we were told a different story. The rate for the night was different from that of Novotel. We demand a refund of the difference between the two rooms for one night. The following day we had to check out of Ibis hotel at 12:00 but our room at Novotel was not available and we left our bags in their storage room. This was very difficult because we were tired . See picture attached for the small that we were moved in to Ibis hotel for one night. This can not be the same rate as the double bed we had paid for.

It was excellent location close to metro station n other facilities n front office n house kiwis very professional n nice. Will definitely recommend n visit again.

Good deal done by counter girl, especially Indian Girl, is very cooperative her duty in the evening I don't know the her but it is very Cooperative. Nawab

Overall it is very good. The room is clean, with sufficient air condition during heatwave period. Sufficient space for a family, sofa bed. Wide range or Breakfast food choice.  The downsize is no fridge in the room, no hair conditioner.
