Our hotel stay was very accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious for two people and after realising the bed turned into a sofa the stay was much more comfortable. The room came with a vacuum to help keep the floor clean as we didn’t have the cleaning facilities regularly. The only issue we had was the dish washer, it was broken on our arrival and after mentioning to the front desk (who said it would be fixed the next day) it stayed broken for the duration of our stay. The hotel was conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants and only a 20 minute walk from la defense and metro station.

Front desk staff (lady) was not friendly towards Asian travellers. We understood no possible early check in hence we went for lunch and return to check in at 3pm. Upon arriving, we were asked to wait for another couple minutes as room was not ready. Only 3 sets of amenities were provided to us whereby we have booked for 4 person to stay. The air conditioning in the room was malfunctioning, we had to sleep in the warm room for the entire night. Overall staying experience was unpleasant!

The hotel's location is perfect for visiting Paris. The rooms are comfortable, but I was cold and couldn't turn on the heating in my room, so I had to use the hotplates. Breakfast is expensive for the limited selection of pastries and other items, which is disappointing. Now that I know, I'll be more careful next time.

The hotel stopped providing paper towels after they were used up. They only provided toilet paper, which was very inconvenient. One of the two elevators was broken, so it took a while to go up and down the stairs. The refrigerator had a good cooling effect. The microwave and tableware were also very practical.

This is a B&B hotel. One of the elevators was broken when I went there, so I often had to go to the first floor and then take the stairs. The hygiene was OK, but it felt about the same level as the Home Inn in China. Bottled water was not provided, but bottles were provided and you could go to the first floor to fill up with water.
