"It was much better than expected. We stayed here for one night and took a train to Paris from the high-speed rail station next to it the next day. The location was very convenient. The room partition was very good. The toilet was in a separate small room, which would not affect the family's washing. The slight drawback was that there were fewer restaurants around. In principle, there would be fewer restaurants if there was no car. However, the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel reception had very good food quality, and I was particularly satisfied with the dinner I had there."

"Everything was perfect until...they gave us a double room on the fourth floor knowing that the elevator only goes to the third floor. I didn't consent because we were loaded with suitcases, so they changed us to a double room on the first floor. He who wants to does more than he who can... anyway!

If you want to park, or have luggage handling, you really have to be cautious, parking buildings and hotels are not easy to find, medieval brick roads, suitcases are difficult to walk."

GGuest UserThe room is located in a quiet alley. It is easy to walk through because it is not the hotel you imagine. The door is quite small. It is a converted residential building. The room is fully equipped and very convenient in the ancient city. The handsome guy provided good service and helped with parking. He drove the car to the door early in the morning. The service was thoughtful and it was a perfect experience!

The store phone on Trip.com is French voice, just understand a sentence, please dial 5 for English messages. I called several times and no one answered. Fortunately, a car came out and followed it in. There was no one at the front desk. A guy in the public office received me and was very enthusiastic. I said that the phone could not get through, and I called in person. He said that it was fine to dial 1-4, no 5, and it collapsed. After completing the formalities, the guy enthusiastically helped me introduce the apartment environment, saying that it was not a hotel, there was no hotel service, and the first floor was pure water. I have to take me to the room to see... The anxious person remembered the same anxious person in the car outside, declined, hurriedly parked the car, returned to the room, solved the round, did not see the bed, was shocked, thought to sleep on the sofa. As a result, the cabinet door was opened, and there was a big bed inside. This design was really crashing. The first night was very quiet, the second night was attacked by mosquitoes, and I woke up in the middle of the night to fight mosquitoes, only to find mosquito bodies on the wall. Stayed for two nights and no cleaning service. There is no living supermarket within walking distance. Fortunately, we purchased food from the last hotel and brought it with ice bags. The reception and lounge areas are nice and well decorated.
Rooms are renovated but not to high standards and bed is very uncomfortable sadly... So rooms does not reflect a 4 star hotel.
However reception area and breakfast are not bad.
A mixed experience but fir the price it was ok if we consider this hotel a 3 star quality hotel.

GGuest UserHotel on the central street, walking from the station, 5 minutes to it on foot. The room has a teapot, tea, coffee, cream. No refrigerator and safe. In the room, the closet is short, i.e. long things are not hanged. The trousers were hanging on the hanger and on the door of the closet. No elevator is important. Breakfast didn't take. The hotel is happy.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the owner enthusiastically took out a map to explain in detail what attractions and how to route. But overall it is more like a homestay. Every day, there is a afternoon at 4-7 to check in, and you must check out at 11 noon. Our room was arranged in the attic, which is the third floor. We needed to carry our luggage up the narrow stairs. The sewer in the room smelled, and there was no ventilation system. It felt a bit stinky when sleeping, and the clothes could not be dried at all. At first, I saw the sign in the bathroom saying that the hot water should not be turned on for more than 4 minutes. I still felt strange. Later, I saw the electric water heater in the public toilet on the first floor. I understood that it may be because more than a dozen rooms share a water heater and limited hot water. Overall, the price/performance ratio is OK.
