"Hotel was nice and clean. It seemed to be renovated, compared to some other Mercure hotels which always seemed a bit older. Rooms were quite compact, it was OK for one night. They have a nice restaurant though with terasse with nice lunch deals and a swimming pool for those who are here for holidays. Not best location though if you want to visit the city center but with a car it's fine. They have also a big space for parking car for free"

"The hotel is near the high-speed rail station, but I was a little scared when I checked in. I arrived late (the hotel was at night) and went in the wrong direction. I followed the Google navigation and walked a dark road. It was scary. When I got to the hotel, there was no one at the front desk and I couldn't get in. I needed to enter a password. I had no idea. Later, a French guy came (who didn't speak English) and helped me make a phone call through translation to get the key to the safe. It turned out that the password to the safe was emailed to the guests in advance, but for some reason they didn't receive it. Ctrip's service really didn't keep up this time. There was no reminder and I couldn't find customer service. I was about to collapse at that time."

"The whole is very clean, the explanation is very clear, there is no one at the reception on the weekend, but the key is obtained smoothly according to the steps. very convenient. There is a big supermarket nearby, within 10 minutes walk, things are cheap and can meet the needs. 10 minutes walk to the city wall and 25 minutes to the train station. If you don't want to walk, you can take bus 4 (get on the bus to buy tickets). It is a good place to stay."

"The room is really very small. Two people live a bit crowded. The big suitcase is barely put down. The location is good. Avignon Central Railway Station comes out and walks 700 meters straight along the main road into the city. It is relatively safe in the center of the ancient city. The house is indeed old. The elevator was built decades ago. It is very small and old (of course the appearance is newly renovated) The room provides bath towels, towels, bathrobes and shampoo and bath products every day. There is a separate bathroom. Beds, furniture, etc. are still a bit old, but overall it is clean There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the praise is delicious or you can eat enough. Service is also very good, the front desk has questions and answers English OK It is very convenient to go to the attractions of the old city. You can walk to the hotel supermarket and other shops. The ancient city is still very beautiful."

"It is said that it is a hotel where Napoleon has lived. In fact, I personally don't like this kind of hotel built in the old house. "Located near one of the entrances to the old part of the city, the room was comfortable and quite spacious. The mattress was excellent, but unfortunately there was only one pillow per person. Hotels usually have at least two pillows. There was a built-in closet with shelves and a wardrobe compartment. In the shower, the shampoo and shower gel were in packets and there was no soap. Interestingly, we were given one set of soap and towels for two people. The hotel has a laundry service. Washing costs 3 euros, drying 2 euros. The finale is essentially empty, but it's there. The breakfast was surprisingly varied. Four types of cheese, stewed vegetables, and cold cuts. The hotel accepts cards and cash. If paying with cash, make sure you have the exact amount and no change."
