"I recently stayed at this property and it was an absolutely positive experience. The hotel is impeccably clean. The location is strategic: it's just a stone's throw from the city center, making it incredibly convenient to get around.
The highlight of the room is undoubtedly the bathroom, which is spacious and has a window that provides excellent light and ventilation; the shower is superb, with a powerful and invigorating water jet. I slept wonderfully thanks to a very comfortable mattress, enhanced by marvelous linen sheets – a quality detail I particularly appreciated.
To top it off, the breakfast was excellent and varied. A highly recommended choice for anyone looking for comfort and attention to detail."

"Moxy Hotel in Annecy is conveniently located only 5 minutes flat walk from train/bus station, and only 5 minutes walk to the canal and the old town. There are many restaurants near the hotel. Staff are all very nice. There is a big multi function room behind the reception area that could create some noise if an event is being held. Our hotel room was on 6th floor and we were not bothered by the loud noise or the event. However, imagine those rooms on lower floors above the event room could receive quite some loud noise."

The hotel is very attractively furnished, classic but modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The room is very large, you really have room and feel not intact. Even that the toilet is separate from the shower in a side room is absolutely top! The details of the church windows and the top-modern service with touch panel for light, stores etc. are really thoughtful -- a great praise for it!
The bar next to it is also just something I can recommend to everyone. Also, as a guest of the hotel you can get directly from the bar to the lobby -- perfect for a slummer drink!
The only small deduction is the location, is something outside and for the old town you need 20 minutes a foot. But this is clear before you book the hotel.
In general, absolutely a heart recommendation!

Amazing stay at Hotel du Palais de l’Isle in Annecy. The receptionists were both incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location is absolutely perfect and stunning, right in the heart of the city. The room was fantastic — comfortable and beautifully done. Highly recommended! Definitely will come back again and again!

It should not be considered a hotel, but more like an apartment, with the facilities also similar to those of an apartment (except for the laundry and drying facilities which are paid for and shared). The room is really small, and the bathroom is also very small, suitable for a single person (there is not much space for a suitcase).
There are not many things in the room, no toothbrush or slippers.
But the hygiene seems not very careful. . .
The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. . .
The breakfast options are very limited and not as rich as the hotel photos show. . .
But the location is really good, it's very convenient to go everywhere.

Did not know they had a washer/dryer on premises under 3rd last night there. I was able to use coins to pay but for some reason the tap to pay would not accept my credit card. All other pay stations in Italy and France did so it might be something on the machine itself. Fortunately I had coins.

Guest UserWe came to Annecy for two days. We spent one night at the hotel with breakfast included. The two receptionists were very friendly and attentive. The buffet was very generous. We even found some Paul Bocuse products! 👍 At breakfast, we had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager and her husband, the restaurant manager. A very professional and pleasant couple. We will definitely return and recommend this hotel.

The room is very small and the bathroom is even more, it is hard to move through it. Location is good, it is close to the station and the center. It has no heating but if a radiator.

The hotel is located in a very quiet location. We were really welcomed ( small attention ) very laughing hosts, gentle and clean room, comfortable bed ...on will come back with honest pleasure.

Hotel location is OK, close to the supermarket, to the scenic area need to do the bus, opposite the bus station, the car is also very convenient, the only room is relatively small, but still very clean
