Hotels with Breakfast in Annecy

It's very close to the lake, and the hotel even has bicycles for rent to go around the lake. The swimming pool on the 2nd floor isn't very big, and the lake view is just average.

I recently stayed at this property and it was an absolutely positive experience. The hotel is impeccably clean. The location is strategic: it's just a stone's throw from the city center, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The highlight of the room is undoubtedly the bathroom, which is spacious and has a window that provides excellent light and ventilation; the shower is superb, with a powerful and invigorating water jet. I slept wonderfully thanks to a very comfortable mattress, enhanced by marvelous linen sheets – a quality detail I particularly appreciated. To top it off, the breakfast was excellent and varied. A highly recommended choice for anyone looking for comfort and attention to detail.

Hotel is ideally located at the end of the old town by the canal. Train station is also very close and it is very easy to go around for visiting/shopping with lot of local restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean and functional, just could have a few extra amenities (slippers, extra towels, bottle water…) Mattress was a bit too soft for my taste but still comfortable night and very hot shower. Service was excellent with staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Moxy Hotel in Annecy is conveniently located only 5 minutes flat walk from train/bus station, and only 5 minutes walk to the canal and the old town. There are many restaurants near the hotel. Staff are all very nice. There is a big multi function room behind the reception area that could create some noise if an event is being held. Our hotel room was on 6th floor and we were not bothered by the loud noise or the event. However, imagine those rooms on lower floors above the event room could receive quite some loud noise.

The hotel is located on a one way system with no parking outside. When we checked in the lady was very helpful and gave us a discounted car park ticket. The car park is only 50 metres by foot but because of the one way system it took 5 mins to drive to it. The room was very small, the bathroom even more so. You were given 2 bath towels which were slightly bigger than hand towels. No safe in the room to put your valuables. Air con was good and kept room cool. The sink took a long time to drain away and this was frustrating when trying to wash it brush your teeth. Location was very good, 5-6 min walk into the main area where the canals are and bars/restaurants. A further 4-5 mins and you were at Lake Annecy. Overall it was good price for our stay but needs to add little extras like larger towels and safe.

Very cute little hotel, I really like the front desk here. The ladies and men are very friendly and chat. Go to the old city, go to the lake, go to the train station, bus station, very close, on the commercial street. On the day of check-in, the front desk lady marked on the map and told us which cheese hot pot was delicious, which apple won the award, and where to rent a bicycle. The next day at the hotel, the front desk man also chatted with us and taught us several expressions of goodbye in French. Love this small hotel so much! The room also has a balcony, clean and tidy, and the bathing place is indeed cramped. Sorry, it took so long to comment, the room photo was not taken, Anasi was so beautiful! Definitely worth going!

The hotel is located in a very quiet location. We were really welcomed ( small attention ) very laughing hosts, gentle and clean room, comfortable bed ...on will come back with honest pleasure.

That hotel is a bit further away from the main touristy part, but is nicely located, there are a few restaurants and bars nearby. Also there is an interesting bar in a chapel 15 mins away. The hotel stuff is very welcoming and kind, it feels like they really care. Breakfast was pretty good, the room was quiet, maybe just a bit too dark, but that wasn’t an issue for me. I would recommend it in case one doesn’t mind a 30 mins walk to the lake. Great duplex room for a family of 4.

Located in the old town of Annecy, the gateway to the Alps and the ”Venice of France.” Situated where a lake and a small river (canal) begin, it offers excellent accessibility; although the facilities are old, the cleanliness is good. When you open the window, the buildings of the old town and the canal with its flowing clear water come into view right before your eyes.
