Hotels with Breakfast in Annecy

Hotel is ideally located at the end of the old town by the canal. Train station is also very close and it is very easy to go around for visiting/shopping with lot of local restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean and functional, just could have a few extra amenities (slippers, extra towels, bottle water…) Mattress was a bit too soft for my taste but still comfortable night and very hot shower. Service was excellent with staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Had a very pleasant stay at Aparthotel Adagio Annecy Centre. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of the old town and main attractions, making it very convenient for exploring Annecy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essential facilities. Having the extra space and amenities of an aparthotel made the stay even more convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout, always ready to assist and making the overall experience smooth and welcoming. Overall, a great choice for Annecy, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a central location.

Amazing stay at Hotel du Palais de l’Isle in Annecy. The receptionists were both incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location is absolutely perfect and stunning, right in the heart of the city. The room was fantastic — comfortable and beautifully done. Highly recommended! Definitely will come back again and again!

I stayed for two nights! It's a very stylish hotel—new, clean, and both the bathroom and toilet were comfortable to use. The exposed beam right in the middle of the room was quite impressive. Coffee, cocoa, and hot water were available from 1 PM to 9 PM, so I never had trouble getting drinks. The front desk staff were cheerful and kind! The location was perfect, making for a peaceful stay! Thank you!

Moxy Hotel in Annecy is conveniently located only 5 minutes flat walk from train/bus station, and only 5 minutes walk to the canal and the old town. There are many restaurants near the hotel. Staff are all very nice. There is a big multi function room behind the reception area that could create some noise if an event is being held. Our hotel room was on 6th floor and we were not bothered by the loud noise or the event. However, imagine those rooms on lower floors above the event room could receive quite some loud noise.

Very cute little hotel, I really like the front desk here. The ladies and men are very friendly and chat. Go to the old city, go to the lake, go to the train station, bus station, very close, on the commercial street. On the day of check-in, the front desk lady marked on the map and told us which cheese hot pot was delicious, which apple won the award, and where to rent a bicycle. The next day at the hotel, the front desk man also chatted with us and taught us several expressions of goodbye in French. Love this small hotel so much! The room also has a balcony, clean and tidy, and the bathing place is indeed cramped. Sorry, it took so long to comment, the room photo was not taken, Anasi was so beautiful! Definitely worth going!

The hotel boasts a prime location, just steps from the train station and the old town, making it incredibly convenient. The service is simple and efficient, and the air conditioning and water pressure are excellent. It would be even better if it had a window facing the street!

The room is very small and the bathroom is even more, it is hard to move through it. Location is good, it is close to the station and the center. It has no heating but if a radiator.

It is a 10-minute walk from the train station and opposite the old town. But it's not too far to walk along the river to the old town. Overall it's ok. It's simple, clean and convenient. Annecy is not big. If you don't go hiking, two days is enough.

I booked this hostel because of its many positive reviews, but it was definitely overrated 😅 First, as a hostel, not providing towels, shampoo, or shower gel is somewhat acceptable, but there's no option to buy them either. The real problem is, there wasn't even a hairdryer! With my long hair, I had to use the hand dryer in the public restroom 😅 Second, the dorm only had a shower, no toilet. You had to leave the room to use the toilet, and the showerhead was a push-button type, which was very inconvenient. Besides, there were no power outlets by the beds; everyone in the dorm shared two outlets. The signal in the rooms was extremely weak, and there was only Wi-Fi in the common areas, which was often unusable. With all these basic amenities missing, they still offered free breakfast… I'm speechless. As for transportation, although there's a bus down the mountain, it only runs once an hour and stops running around 8 PM, so I was forced to hike back from the city center for half an hour every day. The only advantages were the low price, the beautiful scenery, and the friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Overall, if you can accept these shortcomings, I would still recommend it.
