The hotel is remote, but you know it in advance. Fine free parking. Bar for drinks, air-conditioning was unfortunately not working on the hot October day.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my room and the services offered
My room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable which gave me a good nights sleep. The decor was modern and stylish, creating a welcoming atmosphere. In addition, the room was well soundproofed, which allowed me to rest without being disturbed by outside noise.
The hotel had excellent facilities. I particularly liked the bathroom, which was clean and well equipped with quality toiletries. The WiFi connection was fast and reliable, which was essential for my work. Additionally, the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was appreciated on hot days.
The hotel staff was courteous, professional and always ready to help. They responded quickly to all my requests and made sure I was happy with my stay. Room service was also efficient and the meals were delicious.
The hotel was ideally located, close to tourist attractions and public transport. This allowed me to easily move around the city and fully enjoy my stay.
In conclusion, my experience at this hotel was very positive. The room was comfortable, the facilities were excellent and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The family-style apartment is so convenient. If you are not used to the food, you can buy instant food and heat or cook it yourself. There are two rooms, a living room and a kitchen, which is very convenient. It is more than 100 meters away from the station, which is very convenient. The town of Annecy is within walking distance. Lake Annecy is very beautiful. The hotel is very nice and provides homemade scones, which are not bad.

The room is very new and very close to the gare. It is just uphill and around the corner. There is a large complex nearby with a large Monoprix supermarket. Alipay is accepted. This is very convenient for people who are traveling abroad.
The front desk speaks fluent English. There are many British and American guests here, so there is no need to worry about the language.
The only thing to note is that the hotel is right above the train station. The train passing by is a bit noisy, and there will be bass roar and vibration in the room. Those who sleep well need to pay attention

VVenosThe hotel is overlooking Annecy's lake. At it's front door, it seems like we are way deep in the forest and yet we were barely 10 minutes away from the city. The staff is very sweet and professional. We are travelling with our 1 year old he got cute attention from the team at breakfast. Feeling that the hole family is included is priceless. These 2 nights were welcomed rest and relaxation. Thank you to all the staff members that made this gateway a pleasurable one for us!

DDPTGSmall clean hotel in central location. When I went to breakfast there was a huge crowd, no food and nowhere to sit. Eventually more food came and seating freed up. The hotel staff seemed unable to cope with the volume of people and did not attempt to manage it. Otherwise fine but this spoilt my stay somewhat.

GGuest UserThe staff were friendly, quite good breakfast with a view. Room is quite small for 4 ppl, only has 2 sockets, the shower cubicle is inside the room and it only has a button to press for the water. But I had great roommates which made the experience positive.
