"It is a very pleasant familly trip in Wenchang Royale Wyndham Hotel. The location is good and facilities meets our expectation for a standard leisure trip. I should emphasize that the service . It is WONDERFUL. Raja, our butler , who welcame us from the day we arrived hotel and greeted every time he met us the later on, is a real gem of hotel . His profession and kindness are highly appreciated. I will also pay my tribute to the swimming pool rescuer 陈飞锦 and front desk staff Ms. 符， who helped us a lot in handling some unexpected situation.

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly patient when I called ahead, and check-in upon arrival was super quick. The room had amazing natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a great view of the street. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, the mattress had just the right firmness, and I slept soundly all night long. The bathroom featured a sensible wet/dry separation, the hot water was consistently stable and at a perfect temperature, and the toiletries had a lovely, subtle botanical fragrance. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options; the freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruit were especially delicious. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of local eateries and snack shops nearby. Even at check-out, they proactively asked about my experience and even offered a complimentary bottle of water – such thoughtful attention to detail! I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!"

The hotel is very dated. Though the bedroom was decently clean, the bathroom was a mess. It had stain marks all over the walls. The groutings in the shower cubicle had mild dew stains and so was the anti-slip bath mat. It is definitely not fit to be used. The foldable wooden windows above the wash basin had rotted and the paint was coming off.
Coordination between front office and dining room staff was poor resulting in me being questioned about my eligibility to have breakfast. A moment of embarrassment. However the manager apologised and sent us a complimentary fruit platter and a pot tea."

Room is very clean upon check in, and the staffs were very polite and helpful, even when we shortened our stay from 4 nights to 2 nights. They happily assisted us in the changes. Will come back here again the next time I come here.
Location is in a newer district and there aren’t a lot of shops or food choices. Quiet and peaceful place."

"The location is a little far from the train station, but the hotel shuttle bus was easy to find and easy to book! All of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I had not problems booking a massage, going to the beach, or finding me room. Check in and check out was simple and fast. One of the staff/managers spoke English and gave her WeChat to us. She helped with everything from booking items, getting the shuttle, and checking in. I really appreciate GIL’s help! I would recommend the hotel and I would stay there again!"

"A very good seaside homestay. The cotton bathroom and toiletries are of the standard of a five-star hotel. It is so nice to take pictures inside and outside the yard. I also enjoyed breakfast facing the sea. I used to stay in hotels. This time I brought my puppy and could only choose a homestay. I didn't expect to have the chance to choose such a great homestay. I was warmly received by the owners Yebao and Gaogao. I took a farewell photo before leaving. It was a very good seaside living experience, worth recommending."

"The hotel is located directly opposite the bus station. Given the price, I didn't expect much, especially since traveling with a child means prioritizing a safe and clean hotel. However, after seeing so many positive reviews, I decided to take a chance and book a room. Upon arrival, I was still a bit hesitant, so I asked to see the room before fully committing to the stay. To my surprise, the room was almost indistinguishable from those at much more expensive chain hotels! Despite my initial skepticism, the young lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and patiently assisted me. After check-in, they even provided a complimentary toiletry kit, including disposable bath towels and toilet seat covers. For this price and such excellent service, the value for money is absolutely outstanding! I was so impressed that I immediately booked another stay for July right after checking out. I'm genuinely very satisfied! It's also conveniently located near some delicious local 'Lao Ba Tea' spots, and parking is a breeze."

"My experience at this hotel was fantastic! A special shout-out to the lady at the front desk; she made check-in quick and seamless, and was incredibly patient, answering all our questions. Her wonderful attitude made us feel truly welcomed. Our balcony had a lovely breeze and a great view. "Considering that I was going to visit the rocket base and Qiziwan the next day, I rented the Lanqiao Xiaoyuan under the Qingshui Bridge. Parking here is very convenient, not the peak season, and most of the cars at the door are estimated to be staff.
Environment: The environment of Xiaoyuan is very good, and under the bridge, you can see the Qingshui Bridge in the room, and the sea breeze is good. It is estimated that on the rocket launch day, it will be very popular here.
Room: We booked a big bed room, the door is the sink, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and you can see a large glass on the left hand side. Because of the night, it was dark. The next morning, I took some scenery photos. Two wooden lounge chairs are arranged to enjoy the beautiful scenery. It would be more beautiful if there were fireworks outside at night. MM306658****I booked this hotel for a trip with friends. The transportation is super convenient. It's really close to Wenchang Station. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is newly renovated. There is no formaldehyde smell at all. The environment is super awesome and the service is great. I praise the front desk staff. The beautiful sister was very enthusiastic and told us about fun and delicious places nearby. The overall environment of the hotel is really great. I always liked Lavande when I was on business trips (the main hotel is a place where you can listen to music), so I decided to stay here when I saw Wenchang. I am so impressed that I will continue to stay here next time I come to Hainan. Because it is very convenient and affordable, it is very cost-effective. I have to say that the hotel's breakfast is also very nice, with many varieties and the chef's skills are good👏. Worth recommending👍👍👍

鱼鱼丸面This hotel is clean, quiet and classy. The rooms are spacious and toileteries, bottled water are well stocked. Although it is not within walking distance to any shops or convenience store, didi cars are easily available so moving around is. not a problem.
The hotel has recently installed self dispensing drinks and snacks machines at the hotel lobby.
But items are pricey so it is better to buy what you need from outside.

GGuest UserWe drove west from Sanya. I am too old to do my homework and just let it go. I have stayed at Jinshi before, but I don't like the hustle and bustle there. This time I chose Wyndham. Parking is super convenient. The beautiful housekeeper Vicky Xiaoyun upgraded the room, gave welcome fruits and desserts, and recommended attractions and food. She was very considerate. The room was very comfortable. You can see the sea when you open the window, the swimming pool when you look down, and there is a bathtub on the balcony. There are books in the room. I am a person who must bring kindle when I go out, which makes me feel very friendly. I drank half a catty of white wine and came back to read the history of world arts and crafts for two hours. I really admire myself! There is a collection of travel essays by Wenchang in the drawer of the bedside table. The photos are beautiful and the text is not bad. I saw the price of 69. I wanted to take it with me. Stealing books is not stealing. I left in a hurry in the morning and forgot. I also forgot two of my clothes in the closet. I have been doing this every day. I only remembered it when I arrived in Boao. I have to trouble my housekeeper to mail it to my friend. I won’t say anything more. I wish my sister good luck and a happy life. I had dinner at Gaolong Bay. I was too lazy to go to the market, so I ordered it directly at the store. I ate it in a hurry and left most of it. I was in a daze on the balcony in the morning. The sea view was very pleasant and the clouds were moving in the sky. It was great! The French say that all the most wonderful journeys do not happen outside, but in everyone’s soul, to discover the inner self. Don’t listen to them. The most important thing is to stay on the road!

She promptly helped retrieve a bag I had left in another room and was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony offered lovely views and even had lounge chairs, making it very pleasant to sit out and enjoy a coffee. Overall, it was a great experience.

Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”...
But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen...
First room:
The fridge was not cold.
Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰
The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger.
Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity.
In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it...
For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes.
Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk...
The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice...
So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me...
The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊

AAnonymous UserI stayed at Xi Nian Hua Hotel when I traveled around the island. The hotel is in a great location. The surrounding environment is good. It is not far from anywhere. It is also convenient for eating and parking. The front desk service is enthusiastic and the room is clean and tidy. However, it would be better if the bathroom could be separated into dry and wet areas. It is still a trustworthy hotel.
