I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an exceptional experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning seaview that made our stay truly memorable.
The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Bella, who provided us with detailed information about the local area and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
An exceptional highlight was when we accidentally left some belongings behind after checkout. Mindy went above and beyond to assist us. She took the initiative to post our items to our next hotel in a different city and even covered the cost herself.
Overall, the staff were exceedingly helpful, and their outstanding service made our stay extraordinary. Highly recommended!

An ok hotel, a little dated and overpriced for what we got. Location is ok. Booked a suite and was a little disappointed given the price of the room. Parking was almost impossible and staff were less than helpful in this regard. There are better options locally.

A very good seaside homestay. The cotton bathroom and toiletries are of the standard of a five-star hotel. It is so nice to take pictures inside and outside the yard. I also enjoyed breakfast facing the sea. I used to stay in hotels. This time I brought my puppy and could only choose a homestay. I didn't expect to have the chance to choose such a great homestay. I was warmly received by the owners Yebao and Gaogao. I took a farewell photo before leaving. It was a very good seaside living experience, worth recommending.

Conveniently locate and easy access to amenities. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful.
The hotel is very dated. Though the bedroom was decently clean, the bathroom was a mess. It had stain marks all over the walls. The groutings in the shower cubicle had mild dew stains and so was the anti-slip bath mat. It is definitely not fit to be used. The foldable wooden windows above the wash basin had rotted and the paint was coming off.
Coordination between front office and dining room staff was poor resulting in me being questioned about my eligibility to have breakfast. A moment of embarrassment. However the manager apologised and sent us a complimentary fruit platter and a pot tea.

The price/performance ratio is super high, the room is clean and the price is very affordable. I gave fruit as a gift and upgraded the room. I promised the lady at the front desk that I must get good reviews, haha~ I left the charger in the room, and the hotel also sent it to me. I took my children to the beach to eat and play. The only regret was that the swimming pool was not open.

The most valuable thing is that a dressing table is designed for girls. There is a socket next to the dressing table, which is very convenient to use. Yesterday was Valentine's Day. The hotel warmly arranged a bath towel swan on the bed, which made me feel warm as soon as I entered the door. I ate seafood and drank herbal tea at the seafood market yesterday, which caused my lover to have diarrhea in the evening. After learning about it, Miss Yan at the front desk asked the restaurant to make millet porridge for us and sent four more bottles of water. It felt like family. The bedding in the room was very comfortable. My lover asked to buy their pillows, and Miss Yan also tried every means to meet our needs. Although this hotel is not as famous as InterContinental and Hilton, the humanized service is in place and the check-in experience is very good! The breakfast is also very rich, and the seafood market is close at hand. When you come to Wenchang, this is really the only choice!

Now the newly installed wall-mounted air conditioner has a particularly good cooling and heating effect. The air conditioner comes with environmentally friendly cleaning and has no moldy smell. The sheets and quilts are brand new, the mattresses are suitable for the curved comfort of the human body, and the decoration is luxurious and upscale. There are many gourmet shops and restaurants next to the hotel. The waiter was warm and generous, and I was very satisfied with my stay.

ZZhanglianyuThe room we stayed in was a special price garden view room. Due to the typhoon the garden enclosure had been destroyed and now there was a platform in front of the window. The room is clean, with complete supplies. There is a bathtub with a disposable bathtub cover. The bath water is very good and it is very comfortable to take a bath. The disadvantage is that due to the lack of rear windows, the doors and windows may not be opened normally, resulting in a musty smell in the room. It would be better to open the doors and windows for ventilation. Please be cautious when booking if you are concerned about this. The hotel is close to Wenchang Confucius Temple and Wennan Old Street, making parking and travel very convenient.
