"There's a restaurant right downstairs from the hotel, and it's also very convenient to drive to the city center. The grandpa at the front desk was very kind and patient. The room was clean, tidy, and had no strange smells!"

"Great hotel, pool wasn’t that warm when me and my partner stayed so it wasn’t that enjoyable. It was also quite small more of a lap pool than anything. Our fan above the shower was quite dusty they sent someone in the room to clean it when we left and they did. Claimed that the fans are cleaned weekly but I beg to differ. The room was quite small for the price as well our sink had to be closed almost the whole time because it stunk out the room so badly. Didn’t get that well or a view from our room either. Beds are comfy and feel good. Shower was great we didn’t have a bath in our room. Overall I wouldn’t spend that much for that room again cause it wasn’t that worth it"

"This hotel is clean and situated on the outskirts of the CBD, in a tranquil environment. There is a large park across the street, and it takes just 10 to 20 minutes to walk to BB. For further travel, it's only a 4-minute walk to the train or bus station. The location is very convenient, offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it."

"The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Exploring, dining, and shopping are all within easy walking distance. I booked a twin room with a balcony, and it was spacious and immaculately clean. The beds were so comfortable, making for a really pleasant stay. Enjoying the breeze on the balcony was an added bonus. What's more, there's an incredible Italian restaurant right next door to the hotel! The food is incredibly authentic – the pasta and pizza were so delicious, they'll make you stomp your feet with joy! After a tiring day of exploring, being able to just head downstairs for dinner without having to search for food far away was pure bliss. It definitely amplified the overall experience! Overall, my stay was a perfect 10. The service, location, and facilities were all top-notch. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit Adelaide, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip!"

"Great place for those who want a place to stay. I stayed there for 2 nights, and the experience is very good. Staffs were very friendly, especially Miss Sophia. I also get to chat with other fellow travelers and whv holders in the common room (indoor) and space (outdoor). The kitchen is spacious and very accessible to those who wants to cook (almost) 24/7; the kitchen is closed for a couple of hours for them to prepare for dinner (first come first serve) (and it also have free breakfast too). Overall, would come to stay if I need to stay for a couple of nights."

"The bathroom in the room is semi-transparent, offering no privacy, light blocking, or soundproofing between the bathroom and the main room. The breakfast buffet offered very few options, no real dishes, and lacked variety. The cooking quality was far below that of comparable hotels, even budget ones, both domestically and internationally. As an ovo-vegetarian, my only edible options were dry toast and not-so-fresh fruit. The only egg option was buttered scrambled eggs, with no boiled eggs available, nor any of the usual hot items like mushrooms, potatoes, or cold items such as tomatoes and lettuce. The drip coffee was basically flavored water. My travel companion, who eats a regular diet, found the buttered scrambled eggs to be the worst they'd ever tasted. They only offered either sausage or bacon each day, instead of at least two choices daily. Fried noodles, fried rice, and fried potatoes were also rotated, with only one available per day and no other options. There were no vegetables at all, hot or cold, and the fruit wasn't fresh, which they found both unfamiliar and unacceptable. The drinking water and the bathroom water in the room were both salty. Brushing my teeth felt like using saltwater and required a rinse with store-bought bottled water afterward. The towels were old and discolored, no longer white, and the bedding was similar. The only charging outlets in the room were standard three-pin sockets and USB ports."

"The room could use a bit of an update but I guess it's good for the price that it was for. It had everything you need for a business stay. You could get some noise from other room/ floor and a bit from outside but nothing major to upset my stay. There were no charging points next to the bed."

"This is a pretty good (though expensive) hotel in a great location. The decor may be starting to age, but its not too bad just yet, and I absolutely love the layout that allows the bathroom to be open to the room or closed off. The luxury feel of the bathroom quickly wears off when you get into the shower and wait fifteen minutes for hot water, especially when the water is coming through an ageing water saving shower head that probably should have been replaced during the previous Gulf War. I visited during Fringe, so the streets were loud, but the hotel is right in the thick of it if that's your thing (it was mine). I was impressed with how the noise from outside could be lowered reasonably well with both the balcony and inner windows closed. I was less impressed with the little sign that said they cared for the environment, which was a kind of care that didn't seem to extend to the provision of a recycling bin, which seems rather contradictory. It did, however extend to actually having the fridge off for my arrival, despite it having minibar items in it! A very strange arrangement indeed, as it renders the minibar useless until the fridge can be brought down to temperature. But overall, I had a great stay. The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent."

"Incredible staff, incredible destination right across from the beach and a pub downstairs with super friendly people. If you are travelling solo and/or looking for a social spot right at the beach, come here!!"

"I highly recommend Ibis! I arrived at the hotel around 10:30 AM on my check-in day, as my friend was taking me to a local attraction and I just wanted to drop off my luggage. I casually asked if there were any available rooms, and to my surprise, the young man at the front desk checked and found one, then efficiently arranged for me to check in. It was such a pleasant surprise! The staff were principled, efficient, and genuinely warm. :) The hotel's central location is fantastic – you can get everywhere easily. Housekeeping is on demand; just hang the 'clean' sign outside if you'd like your room serviced, which is also very ESG-friendly. The shower was incredibly comfortable, and breakfast was decent, though a little more variety would be a nice touch."
