Location: although not super close to cable car station, its a nice quartier to walk around (restaurants, little stores, fruit stalls), theres a big stone in front of it. Room: spacious, low light, big window, no smell, good bed, clean. Ask for high floor or front building room to avoid restaurant smell from the street. They can gently help you to purchase tickets for attractions at good price. Use phone translator."

"Hotel is old and due a renovation, yes price and location is good but I was very disappointed with the room, windows facing stairs where people frequently walk, your only options are to have 0 sunlight or have strangers stare in your room. Since there’s no separate bathroom (all in 1 room) there’s not even a secure place to change. Looks a lot better in pictures than reality. But, for 300 yuan honestly it’s okay. Very lovely and helpful staff!"

"Excellent service and really helpful owner. He helped us with the tickets and can help with the routes around the park too. The room was big, clean and stylish. We really enjoyed our 5 days there. Also just few blocks away from the bus station. We got complimentary ice cream when arrived and the bag of local tea upon the checkout. So sweet!"

The location is ideal—just a 10-minute walk to the Tianmen Cave cable car, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenience store right across the street. The hotel also offers complimentary pick-up or drop-off service to the train station, which made travel super easy. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!"

"Room was comfortable and super clean. Staff was amazing. Checking in was so smooth we felt so welcomed. We love how friendly and helpful the staff was, especially our personal guide Xiao Hai, with our planning and with continuing our trip, even still be available for advice after we leave and land in another city. We got a personalized itinerary for our 2 days in Zhangjiajie and it was very memorable. 房间舒适干净。工作人员很棒。入住过程非常顺利，我们感到宾至如归。我们非常喜欢工作人员的友好和乐于助人，尤其是我们的私人助理小海，他不仅帮助我们规划行程，还指导我们如何继续旅行，甚至在我们离开并抵达另一个城市后，他仍然乐于提供建议。我们获得了一份个性化的张家界两日游行程，这真是令人难忘。"

"The hosts helped us navigate the park and with the transfer to the airport, the room was very clean and towels/bins/bottles of water were changed every day. You can only get there by taxi, but the entrance to the park is a 5-minute walk away and there are few people, I liked everything very much)"

"Staff very nice. The location is just opposit the entrance of cable car. Breakfast is good. Room is clean. There have lots of restaurant around the hotel. Everything here very convenient. Take taxi only 15-20 mins to train station."

"The place is beautiful hidden in the mountains. The whole area is very calm but also isolated. Don’t expect a large offerings of restaurants nearby (there aren’t any) but the hotel kitchen is good although sometimes a bit slow in service. The breakfast is reasonable, still they had nice coffee and a buffet. They have 2 pools and one of these is an infinity pool where you can enjoy the sunset. The whole lodge area is clean and very nicely developed. The rooms are spacious but the futon mattress was quite hard for the kids. In the first day the hot water wasn’t working but Frankie and the hotel staff got it fixed quickly. Unfortunately afterwards the fancy shower wasn’t well able to mix cold and warm water adequately. Overall, we can recommend it, although the price is not cheap. The location at the west entrance of Zhangjiajie makes it less crowded and gives you an advantage inside the park."

"I stayed at Valley Love for two days and was pleasantly surprised to find such a wonderful B&B in Zhangjiajie. I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful B&B. 1. The room is clean, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with smart technology. Even if I do nothing, just sitting in the room and looking out the window is incredibly relaxing. 2. The B&B has a beautiful environment with fresh air. There's a small courtyard with a tranquil mountain atmosphere, as well as some Instagram-worthy scenes. There's also a small slide and swing, and it's perfect for stargazing at night. It caters to the needs of the elderly, middle-aged, and children alike. 3. The B&B's shuttle service is excellent. After placing an order, the housekeeper proactively contacts me to confirm the arrival of the bus. The driver arrives early to meet me at the station, and there are very clear exit instructions. The driver is a skilled and attentive driver, taking care of my family's needs, including the air conditioning temperature and driving speed. It was a wonderful experience. 4. The B&B's breakfast is nutritious, plentiful, and delicious. Lunch and dinner are available a la carte, and the food is excellent, tasty, and very reasonably priced. As someone who's trying to lose weight, I often end up eating three bowls of rice. 5. All the service staff of the B&B are very friendly, and even the aunties in the restaurant will interact with the children in a friendly manner. My child is slow to warm up, but at Valley Love, he adapted very quickly and is willing to actively communicate with the housekeeper at the front desk to express his needs. 6. I originally booked a two-day B&B, and after arriving at the store, I was really satisfied and wanted to renew it for two more days. Unfortunately, the elderly family had health problems and ended the trip early. Thanks to the Valley Love staff for coming to check on the elderly family in the early morning and helping to find medicine from the medicine box (the medicine box is very well prepared). After breakfast in the morning, the driver took us to the high-speed rail station, and the B&B also gave us customized souvenirs. The elderly family said that if she hadn't been unwell, she really wanted to continue staying in Valley Love for vacation. Looking forward to coming back next time~"

"Stylish Airbnb super close to Tianmen Park. Good location, easy to find but not quite convenient for parking. Close to Tianmen Park if that is part of the trip plan. Got free upgrade, so I could stay next to my parents. Two rooms with their own yards are super soothing. Good facilities generally, but there could be some improvements too, such as the floor in my parents’ room, and maybe add some sticker on switches to avoid some confusions. Other than that, I love the foam pillows, much better than normal soft pillows in hotels, also love the comb it provides in the bathroom. Good toilet and good bath amenities like shampoo and shower gel. Recommend to provide bathrobe too instead of waiting for request from guests. I also love the auto curtains and traditional styled wooden door. I couldn’t catch breakfast for my travel plan but parents did, they love it. Services from the host was great, especially when it comes to laundry service. He also helped with parking. Overall highly recommended!"
