Don’t expect it looks like a hotel. The setting and amenities works for an aged home. Many residents go in and out. Locations of electricity socket is not convenient.

Everything was great! I especially love the spa with personal jacuzzi, breakfast was good too. Highly recommend staying here!

The room is very clean and convenient for self-driving. The location is very good. The waiters are very friendly. It is a hotel built together with a nursing home. There are many elderly people in the hotel.

The room is not big but clean and tidy. Every waiter has a good attitude. Compared with Interlaken West Station, Interlaken East Station is quieter and it is absolutely OK to sleep at night. It takes seven or eight minutes to walk from the hotel to the East Station and five minutes to Herweg Street (the main road of the town). A small part of the hotel is an apartment for the elderly. Every morning at breakfast, you can see octogenarians. Everyone's face is filled with happy expressions. It is really an enviable old age life!

There is also a spacious balcony with a mountain view, which makes you feel comfortable. However, there is no tea set or kettle in the room, so you need to go to the shared tea room to drink hot water.

The hotel is combined with a local nursing home, and there are many elderly people in the hotel's activity area. The front desk staff was not very enthusiastic and a bit cold. When I checked out, they specifically asked me about my nationality, which was very strange. And I saw that the person who checked out before me gave a small gift, and when it was my turn, she took it and finally put it down. I felt that I was treated differently.

Don't choose this hotel! My friend and I booked to stay at this hotel from 1.22 to 1.25. The hotel's room cleaner stole money from my friend's room while cleaning the room. He rummaged through my friend's luggage and stole 500 euros in cash! The front desk manager said he had asked the waiter, but the waiter did not admit to the theft. The front desk provides free city transportation tickets. The room is large but there seems to be no kettle. It is a 10-minute walk from Interlaken Ost Station, which is very convenient to Jungfrau. Recommended

This trip to Switzerland lasted for nearly a month, and I stayed in almost 7 hotels in total. This hotel is the most satisfactory. Because I will stay here for 4 nights, when I first entered the door, I found that it was connected to a nursing home, which made me feel uncomfortable. But later I found out that it was because it was connected to a nursing home, and the staff inside were more friendly than those in other hotels. The restaurant is very careful and clean, especially the dining room. The presentation of the breakfast dishes and the environment in the dining room are very comfortable. I feel happy every time I leave the door after breakfast. 1/: The location is convenient. There are buses to the east and west train stations at the Shadian intersection. It is within walking distance to attractions, and there are outdoor activities such as skydiving and taking a cable car to the top of the mountain nearby. 2/: Good value for money, the room is large and has a balcony with a view of the snow-capped mountains opposite. 3/ The room is also very clean.
