Hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful! The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with 2 sinks ! The room service was great! It was always kept up to date and cleaned! I would definitely recommend, it’s 10 mins walk away from the Interlaken OST, coop supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Interlaken central cut across to eatery places (like Chinese, Indian, western cuisine, and even macdonalds ) ! Hotel view was wonderful too!

The room was okay but the view from the room was very nice. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is quite good, and the service is also very good. As long as you check in, you will get a free breakfast. The hotel also has a free parking lot, which is very convenient.

Newly renovated. Good experience. Easy to access and to get around places from the location.

Was trying to boil an egg during breakfast. Used the meat tong for the bacon (without realising I was supposed to just use my hands to grab to egg). Staff (a short lady with blonde curly hair) blamed me for that with a clear frown and impatient tone. I did use the wrong kitchen utensil but don’t think that was the “hospitality” I deserved (esp with the price for this hotel). Room and other services were otherwise good.

The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from East Train Station and the main commercial street! Front desk service is also good! I booked two rooms for two nights, a superior double room and a deluxe twin room. The superior double room is more expensive than the deluxe twin room, but the facilities and layout of the room are not as good as that of the deluxe twin room. The most important thing is that the taste after decoration is very big. It's just that breakfast with a skinny granny waitress is particularly rude! I wanted to give the hotel five stars, but because her attitude was so hateful, I gave it three! This is the most disgusting person I have met in so many days of traveling in Switzerland! Hotel should pay attention!

Great location with 5 minutes walk from Interlaken Ost station. Friendly staffs and walking distance to everywhere.

Convenient places in the crossroads where quite close to town center. It is big grass ground where people stay and watch top of Europe. It is a private park area where is free to park for guests.

The guestroom was good, very clean & hotel amenities "Pure Herbs" was very good. Front office staff & Housekeeping was kind to provide a few more additional bottles for our 3 nights stay. Our room was facing the road but we had very quiet & peaceful rest. The view from the window was breathtaking. The staff at the restaurant provide excellent service and took care of us very well during our stay. We will definitely come back to stay again when in Interlaken. The location of the hotel can be access by bus 103 from both Interlaken west & Interlaken ost train stations or a 15 mins walk from Interlaken Ost train station. Very convenient. Easy to locate. However, it will not be the place for the budget conscious. You are in Switzerland anyway, pamper yourself to the high "quality of life"

Hotel is located at strategic location, 10 minutes from Interlaken OST, Rooms are neat and clean with balcony from where a beautiful mountains are visible In morning! During snowfall, mountains look more gorgeous while viewing from the balcony, a perfect romantic spot to take few snaps. Hotel breakfast is excellent with very well behaved staff, In short a perfect place dar a away from home !, outside the hotel have a Paragliding sales counter where you can book ticket for the same, Looking forward to visit this hotel again in future,

Our room consist of two twin beds, and unfortunately, the bedsheet on one of them is significantly worn out, making it somewhat uncomfortable and itchy to sleep on. Upon check-in, when we inquired about any recommendations for places to visit, the staff responded by stating that this is not the appropriate season to come and that there is nothing worthwhile to do, even suggesting that boat rides were not available. However, we later discovered that the cruise near Interlaken West was indeed operating, rendering the staff's assertion somewhat misleading and disheartening to us as tourists. Nevertheless, the staff in the cafeteria for breakfast was friendly but the food choices was limited.

hotel du noc was definitely one of the best hotels we stayed. valued for money! the amenities provided were extensive & the receptionists are very friendly & polite (-: will definitely visit again!
