Overall, the hotel service is superb ! Super satisfied with this hotel although room looks abit old Breakfast is super good with great variety of choices ! Will definitely stay here again !

Old fashioned room has no air con, needs to use the table fan provided. In addition, the window almost dropped off. Room is dark as not enough lights. Not enough electricity plugs available for charging 4 devices (phones and tablets). Beautiful river facing from the window. Conveniently located near the train station and shopping.

Great location. The double room with lake view and balcony has great view and is very spacious (actually much bigger than described size 20m)

Hotel is not worth the price and it’s very old and worn down. I do not recommend this hotel.

It was the most amazing stay we had, the staff was kind and thoughtful.location was perfect, very close to the station,the views from the room were amazing,views of the snow capped mountain and the views of the lake. It was just perfect. Loved it..😘

Extremely surprised with the location to Interlaken Ost Station, literally a stone throw away. Room is nice and clean, view from balcony is almost breath taking every morning. Breakfast is by far the best I've experienced for my swiss trip!

Good location and nice old hotel. However, not five stars. Tired, cheaply appointed rooms. No air-conditioning - though fan provided. Pleasant looking, stocked bar - never staffed... would have liked a drink. Service -generally ok but a little erratic. Did not really feel like Switzerland.

1. Overall evaluation: A luxury hotel in a snowy mountain town with a century-old history, full of old money style. 2. Location: Exit Interlaken East Station, turn right with your back to the train station, and after passing the bus stop, the independent garden is clearly visible. 3. The lobby, high ceilings, corridors, piano and even the grand public toilets are all amazing. 4. The room height is extremely good, and the room with a balcony facing the snowy mountain is really a beautiful sight. 5. Breakfast has smoked salmon and everything that an international five-star hotel should have. 6 Free luggage storage, free mini bar on the first day. Free bus tickets are provided. The farthest you can take bus No. 21 to Thun for an hour, driving along Lake Thun the whole way, it is a great deal.

This is a 100-year-old shop with a great location. The front desk staff are very friendly and polite, no matter the beautiful ladies on the night shift or the handsome guys on the morning shift.
