Regarding the mineral water problem in the guest room you mentioned, you came to the front desk to ask for bottled water on the evening of February 25, 2025. At that time, the front desk clearly informed you that there were a total of 4 bottles of water in the room, 2 small bottles were free, and 2 large bottles were 5 yuan each (there was a conspicuous 5 yuan label on the bottle cap). The conversation we communicated that night was all on the translation machine. We sent it to you, and you saw it. We told you very clearly at the time, and we did not harass you all day, but just told you that you needed to pay for the goods you consumed, and you did not pay for the advance payment made by the front desk on duty.
