The jacuzzi made noise every 20 minutes at night. I could not sleep at all. There was no staffs and number I could call. They do not provide any internet or wifi that could be used inside the room. The signal is very very low, meaning no wifi connection. No staffs who can help carry the luggage to upstairs. I think my money is not worth for the room at all.

Cozy and welcoming atmosphere with full set of utilities on site. The WiFi was a bit spotty but given its remote location it's good enough for us. We did not have time to use the sauna and gym as we were staying for one night only and we had a long day before checking in. Definitely be coming back! Wonderful place to relax and be disconnected from the city.

We were blown away by this hotel. The location is incredible, as is the cabin itself. My favourite hotel ever. The stream next to the hotel with the fire pits was so cool!! Great view from the cabin also.

My family and I stayed at Baker Creek for one night, and it was absolutely amazing! The serene location, cozy accommodations, and warm ambiance made it a perfect getaway. The staff was welcoming, and the surroundings felt like a true escape into nature. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Great stay and will come back again

Although the location is remote, I felt that the appearance was very beautiful as soon as I entered. I booked a regular wooden house that included a jacuzzi, and I didn't check in until after 10 o'clock. I called the staff in advance and they were very considerate and hung all the things I needed at the door. The lighting equipment was very good. The warm feeling is very good. I will book this hotel again next time if I have the opportunity.

The room is cozy and has all kinds of appliances

The environment is beautiful and the room is decorated in a unique way. The room provides basic tableware, although some of them are not cleaned very well, but the overall feeling is still very unique. The only thing that is not ideal is that the stove in the living room seems to stop working automatically between 10 pm and 8 am. Even if the temperature is set very high, the stove does not work. It will be a bit cold in the living room. But the room provides a noisy electric heater, so the living room can still maintain a basic temperature at night.

A small cabin next to a small road in Banff. The environment is very good. It is best to bring food with you in advance. It is still a distance from the town.

The surrounding environment is very quiet, and there are bonfires and barbecue facilities in the public area. The heating in the room is great, there is a fireplace and a microwave oven, and the environment inside the wooden house is rather cozy

Money was stolen while staying in the hotel; the hotel does not have a safe, and the key lock door is the most basic door lock. The hotel itself does not have any monitoring equipment. For a hotel that costs more than 1,000 Canadian dollars a night, it is really bad... I should choose this hotel. Attention people⚠️
