When we arrived at the hotel i was charged £100 deposit which after two weeks still hasnt been paid back to me.we was put in a taxi and sent to another hotel the guy told us it was a upgrade when we got to best western and got into our room it looked like a run down holes in the carpet thick dust all over the place a massive hole in the bathroom door with a handle to try to hid it. Avoid this place like the plage its false advertisement shows u a nice room in the photos then sends you to a dirty hotel and steals money from you

It's a nice room, but if there was an air conditioner, it would be impossible to stay in the room during hot weather, let alone get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there is loud music playing on the lower floors. However, overall, it is a suitable accommodation option.

Nighmare. Fire alarm ringing at midnight . Reception man dont bother to even apologize it seema somone was cooking in room really ? Just location otherwise it is no where an apartment not premiem at all.

room was not as described in photos. very uncomfortable bed mattresses. customer service was good. no chair in the room. as there was no kitchen but we but food from restaurant and wanted to eat in the room. only option was to sit on the bed and eat.

When i enter in the hotel they say that you have to pay extra 100 pound for no reason even though i have paid already the room charges. When i check out i demand for my 100 pound and then the answer was that “you will receive im your account im next 5-10 working days. I just have question when i have paid my hotel charges already then why i have to pay 100 pounds means that for booking a room you should have 100 pound extra in your pocket. This js totally rubbish please don’t go there and last thing the bed was like they collect that bed from road. I can’t sleep for whole night.

Accidentally booked the wrong dates. No refund was given at all. 38£ gone with no rearrangements. Pathetic. Do not book.

I stayed at this apartment for one night with my family, and it was okay for a short stay. However, the actual experience did not match the pictures. The biggest disappointment was the pillows; they were extremely uncomfortable with no cushioning at all. Considering this, I would prefer to pay extra and stay at Premier Inn or proper hotel for a more comfortable experience.

I don't recommend it to anyone. They sent us to one called LUCKY 8 and the service was HORRIBLE. They banged on the door because we received an email saying checkout was until 2 PM. We got it mixed up with another date. They banged on the door and threatened to take our deposit money and call the police if we didn't leave in 5 minutes (it was 10 minutes past 11 AM). That was a joke. Then a nice girl came and told us that if we stayed an extra hour it would be 10 pounds per hour. We told her we would stay until 1 PM and pay 20 pounds, and that was it. At 12:30, the man came banging again, threatening us to leave immediately and open the door. I explained what his colleague had told me, and he told us no, to go. We paid for two hours after having been there for an hour and a half, and we left with a very bad taste in our mouths. I don't recommend it. Plus, the furniture is falling apart, and they only give you one large towel for two people. It's pathetic, and the staff is awful. Oh, and bring shower gel and shampoo because it says it's included, and all they have is a handwashing stone. I haven't recommended it to anyone; that's too bad.
