The hotel has 4 stars. And in the standards of Egypt it deserves it. It's fairly clean. The food in the restaurant is well presented and tasty. The breakfast could be more varied but there is plenty to eat. The hotel has such a medieval style, so despite the fact that it is already old, small damaged furniture, doors and the like fit into the atmosphere. Imaginative. Lots of comfortable sun loungers. Lots of sea. Few pools. There is a piece of the reef. The vendors on the site are not intrusive. I missed coffee and tea in the restaurant during lunch and dinner. Generally, you can safely come. Although you can see some savings due to the situation in the world. And ... and renovations are underway. So they will improve.

The food was very good, room service was ok and acceptable but not as expected, the facility is not big and very bad WiFi, the facility's beach is not for snorkeling as I recommend beach shoes and you have to go Empire hotel beach next to the facility if you want to see coral and reefs, some of the animation team members insist on doing the activities even he get No answer and sometimes you have to say don't touch me please because still insist and some animation team members were very nice, good and helpful

This hotel is in the center of Hurghada. There are many shops at the door. It is very good to go shopping. The hotel is a family hotel. There are a lot of people. If you want a quiet place, I suggest you choose Somabay. We booked a room with direct access to the swimming pool. It is a great room type. There is a water slide outside. The slide is super fun. There are many swimming pools in the hotel, and there are two swimming pools surrounded by sea water. The quality of the sea water is not as good as in the south. The hotel staff is super nice. I went there alone at dinner time. When the staff saw me alone, everyone who passed by came to ask me how the food was and if I needed anything. It is much better than other hotels that discriminate against Chinese people. It is very pleasant. I recommend it.

I stayed 1 night but the buffet was good, the staff too and i didn’t really liked the outside because its in the middle of the city but i admit that its easier to go shopping if you ate located there and is next to the airport

This three-meal hotel booked 2 single-bed beds at the special price. The hotel decided to check in at 2 pm, we were more than one, and we were told to clean at 2 o'clock. We waited for more than an hour, and said that there was no room. We wanted to give us a standard room. I refused. I waited for more than half an hour and almost quarreled with the front desk. Then the front desk reluctantly said to give us a big bed sheet. There is a twin room but in a different building. I think about it. As a result, when I went to the room, I found that the single bed room environment was not bad, but the twin room was on the road in an old building, and there were no two beds in it. It was really nowhere to move, and I lived in it. As a result, the friend who stayed in the single room the next day and I said that several rooms next to him were empty. It is clear that the front desk feels that the special price has been lost, so I want to pull back a little. So everyone can book this mid-priced room, the special room is really poor service. This hotel can still accept three meals, after all, there are rice, chicken, potatoes and other foods we can accept. The Egyptian meal at the restaurant outside is not very tasty. The hotel lobby and swimming pool are not bad. If you live in a new building, it will feel good. There is a Chinese restaurant next to this hotel. The old building room was too bad to take photos. We liked everything very much, at first we were skeptical, but during our stay we understood all the advantages of the hotel, the pools were clean, we got a new room (for which a special thank you!😊) clean, they immediately brought a child’s bed, the beach was clean, many sun loungers, comfortable. Ctrip's hotel description is vague and unclear and cannot cover general possibilities, causing great distress and loss to guests-time, energy, economy, and spirit! After communicating with the customer service, in the case that the customer service expressed understanding and apology and actively promised to help with the cancellation of the order, one day later, there was one that could not be cancelled! It’s probably ok for a family, but I’m the only one who didn’t like it there, there’s nothing outside the area, the sunbeds are filled up in the morning. People also come to dinner in advance) for me this is not a vacation, but some kind of battle for comfort) there is no evening animation for adults, I liked the food tolerable :) in general, if you are with a child, I recommend it, if you are without children, then there is nothing for you to do there . And it felt like I was the only one there without a tour operator)

Couldn’t ask for a better stay! This hotel is one of my favourite hotels I have stayed in. The staff are absolutely phenomenal so friendly and so hard working, I really do admire them for their service. The room was absolutely stunning, very clean when we first came. The hotel itself is extremely beautiful with a lovely pool playing music in the day and also the lagoon that runs through the whole of El gouna. El Gouna as well is a beautiful place which is incredibly buzzy and beautiful. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more! Thank you❤️

Huge resort in Hurghada in the Sal Hasheesh area, it had a lot of potential but from the first night our hopes of spending a holiday with all the comforts were dashed. We were assigned a room on the lowest level of the structure, with walls raised by humidity and a terrible smell of mold. We protested and we were changed rooms, with the promise that the following morning we would be taken to yet another room because the problem apart from the smell, was that the room was objectively dirty. The following morning we were moved to the third room on the second floor. A boy had taken care of cleaning it but obviously it was a general cleaning. Just think that the sheets were full of hair, in fact we slept on them for a week. The common areas, the long corridors were never cleaned, in fact the marble had a dull patina, look at the attached photos. The hall and the restaurant room were cleaned with a spray bottle, I'm talking about the floors, and a squeegee. Apart from this big inconvenience, the structure itself was magnificent, very large, the pools were clean, there was a heated pool, and the beach was very nice and clean. The food was also quite varied, even if the variety of fruit for example was limited. In conclusion, do not expect a five star because it is not, it could be when the structure is really cleaned from top to bottom. Unfortunately, we Italians have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness. We traveled with another family in fact you will find the same review.
