there were some services I was amazed of like a person coming with you with a signaling stick when you want to cross the street in front of the resort so that cars would be aware and reduce the speed in time and providing refreshing towels at the pool. Everything else was amazing, nice people with a good attitude. What they can do as improvement is to replace the slower gel and the shampoo as the current products are not suitable for a 5 star hotel.

I was so impressed by this hotel. It is best to go all-inclusive. The dive Shop on site is a paddy five star and really good. The instructors and dive master is very experienced and the boats good quality. They were full so put us in twin smoking room where we had booked king-size double non-smoking and they upgraded us to a suite. The food was excellent the variety and quality very good and the staff excellent, very attentive. And everybody was happy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Suite room with sea view. The hotel is not new, the rooms are quite tired. The room was clean and had everything you need. I would like to separately note the free mini bar. Excellent sea view, balcony. Very helpful staff, they try to help with everything. What I did not really like was the closed bay with no access to the open sea. I do not like this, but for those with children, this is probably even a plus.

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm. I asked the front desk if I could have dinner in the buffet restaurant, and the staff agreed. Thank you very much. The hotel environment is really good, with a huge garden. It's a pity that I didn't have much time to experience other facilities in the hotel.

The service is very poor, and the Chinese are treated differently. The room facilities are old, and the power supply in the room is always inexplicably cut off. I reported it to the staff many times but it was not solved. Finally, two Egyptian staff came to the room to repair it. They were very impatient and turned their faces to me, thinking that I was playing tricks on them! Brother, I am the customer, and the room has no electricity. It should be my impatience! In the end, we customers need to argue for ourselves before the problem is solved. From the front desk, to the staff who answer the phone, to the maintenance staff, each one is more impatient than the other. What kind of face is it to serve white customers? What kind of service do Chinese people get for the same money? The hotel has a good scenery and a beautiful environment, but it is really bad to encounter staff who treat us differently.

We chose a sea view room, but for some reason, we were arranged in the most remote location. This is acceptable, and the sea view is indeed good, but!!! The neighboring hotel has constant noise, 24 hours a day, and you can't sleep at night. It's really annoying to spend 1400r to book such a room. The scenery and activities are really good, but the noise is very annoying and seriously affects the experience. The food is average, not bad, but there are not many varieties. Discrimination is okay, I didn't encounter anything, and most of the staff are really friendly. I recommend the pool view, which is the most cost-effective. If you have a sea view room, I suggest you must choose the one near the lobby (there are two), otherwise you will be noisy and doubt your life!

The service and scenery are absolutely first-class, but the room itself is relatively old. All meals are included, drinks are available all day, table tennis, open-air gym, beach volleyball, swimming pool, and performances at night. It is very suitable for lying flat. The fourth picture is the bathing pool. As for food, it's really average. There is no freshly squeezed juice in the whole hotel. It's all blended juice, and the ice cream is cheap creamer. I stayed for two days, and the food in the buffet restaurant is basically the same. Looking at the long restaurant corridor, it's actually 50-50. All the dishes are the same. Alas, I really don't know what xhs is bragging about. I suggest everyone live in the city, which is more convenient for eating, shopping and going to the sea.

It was much worse than expected. The service management was extremely chaotic, not cheap, and the service attitude was also very poor. The staff would not listen to your requests at all. Environment: It has its own swimming pool and beach, but the nearby resorts are like this. It is far from shopping malls and airports, so you need to bargain for taxis, which is tiring. But everything is better than the environment and service in Sanya in China, and it is still good to go abroad for vacation
