Good if you have kids , so many pools and great amusement park

Neverland ( jungle aqua park ) It was one of my best resort from 15 years ago , I been there more than 30 times , last two years each time I been there I find magic , we can’t say renovation or upgrade but magic , The aqua park is triple the size , there is elevators on all games , there is parts for kids and adults and art room for drawing , play station , fun is the only you do from the early morning till you go to sleep , the latest upgrade was the midway which is amusement park for after sunset activity with plenty of games all included in your Stay , even they don’t forget cotton candy and pop corn all the time , ice cream , crepe , waffle , The restaurant every where , I can’t say how many , because I don’t have time to attended all of them , but more than 12 restaurant and cafe , I am trying to look for missing item but there is only perfection , There was a bike for whole family riding together in new style bike can be used by all family Thank you Mr kamel Abou Ali the owner of pick Albatros , Your are magician in your field , you know how to make people happy ,

Excellent hotel, lots of activities, warm pools, good food. I liked everything very much. If you are in Egypt with children, then definitely come here.

Highly recommended. Although a bit old, it is well maintained. The service was very good throughout the stay. I didn't see other Asians during my stay. The all-inclusive meals are just enough to keep you from going hungry. Don't expect much. There are so many places to play, so it's best to stay for at least two days. There are so many children, so don't consider it if you don't like children. The only drawback is that I booked a pool view room, but I was given a room that was not close to any pool. I should be able to ask the reception to change it, but we were in a hurry to go out and didn't bother to change it.

It was very clean, everyone there was friendly. The food tasted great, lots of choice. It is very family-friendly, very suitable for children.

The water park was a pleasant surprise. Cozy houses. Very scary slides. Not everyone had time to decide to ride. Maybe next time) For those traveling for the first time, I recommend taking corrals.

We had a rest in July. A gorgeous water park. The hotel has a lot of entertainment for children, there is animation for children. Many slides, many pools. Singing fountains are just a miracle. There are also entertainments for adults. There are children's attractions that work in the evenings. My child and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. But we will not come back here anymore, since many local Muslims, completely covered, they behave very uncultured and impudently, offend foreigners. Because of this, the rest was a little spoiled and we will not come back here.

Very large hotel, large clean rooms, restaurants with plenty of food. Nice staff, always helpful. The bus to the beach runs every 20 minutes We will definitely return to this hotel again.

The rooms seem to need renovation. The cleanliness of the general areas of the hotel is good. A hotel that offers many amenities. Most of the dishes are suitable for Turkish palate. The hotel is built on a very large area. We think that especially children will love this hotel. The beach is about 10 minutes away by shuttle. We were generally satisfied. We recommend.

We came here as a family of 4, two teenagers age 15 and 13. Also accompanied by my Brother and his partner. In total, we booked 3 rooms. Sliding door, pool view bungalows. Despite the rooms having enough sleeping space for 5 people, because my two children are above 12 years old, Tui class this as adults. So we had to have 2 of the bungalows, sleeping upto 10 people, but for 4 person. Upon our arrival, they did not have these available. We was put up in Alf leila for our first night. We was informed we needed to attend reception in the morning to be moved. Then we was asked to come back at 2pm then we would have a room ready. We did this after the whole day being unable to unpack or settle. They told us to go back to our rooms and wait for someone to move us. We called reception several times and at 5pm we was all still stuck in our rooms. Eventually they came and took us to a new room around the corner. We paid to be in the jungle area which was more money than alf leila. This was not the same. We was told the night before all the hotel is the jungle and the same price. They tried this again at this point. The room they moved us too was an apartment still and the smell was horrendous. The room was full of meat flies. They offered to come and spray a repellent. We insisted a whole day was wasted mucking about and they needed to find us the rooms we paid for. They explained they had nothing more to offer and we would have to stay where we was and move us the following morning then probably go through all this faff again. Only problem was, we was booked on an excursion to Cairo leaving at 1am until 11pm, so this was no good. After involving the Tui rep and the hotel manager, they finally moved us to the Jungle and gave us the rooms we paid for. We finally got in at 7pm. We was offered late check out as compensation. Once in the Jungle, we was very happy. The room numbers we got was 4001, 4004 and 4026. This worked well for where we wanted to be. The facilities and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff where ever we went were very friendly and helpful. We were never bored. There is always some new area or event we was discovering during our 2 week stay. We had a fabulous time. Food was standard all inclusive but we always found some where nice to eat. Breakfast is chaos. They could do with more places doing this to prevent the lack of seating inside. The mall near by is worth a visit. Walking is fine, but an uber cost us 52p. The Neverland show was great with an awesome DJ on at the end. The food on otherhand at the show does not cater for special diets. I am a vegetarian and other than a bit of starter and a tiny sweet at the end, there was nothing for me. You do not get an option here, what they bring you is what you get basically. The place is so big that other than food halls, it never seems too busy. Otherwise, it was a fantastic holiday. Not been since 2017, and this was my 4th visit to this hotel, and it is massive....so many pools and waterslides for all ages. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Food is good with plenty of choice, and beer is always flowing. I will say if you want good spirits, bring your own...Rooms are always clean altho some could do with a makeover. Reception area is huge and always helpful. All the staff are amazing and they work so hard to make this place what it is. A little extra tip to your waiter and cleaner always helps. My only 2 complaints are the alcohol and the cold pools, altho about 9 are heated, you just have to find them. Overall a lovely holiday celebrating Christmas and New Year and I will definitely be back again
