The place was, unexpectedly,the best choice. It is affordable, near to the metro station, the place was not too crowded, staff are friendly and very hospitable, amenities were amazing, and, absolutely, no hassle for checking in and checking out.

It is very cost-effective to stay in such a modernly decorated hotel in Yerevan's oldest hotel, Шенгавит! It cost more than 200 per night. The room was clean and tidy, and it was cleaned regularly every day. The staff spoke English and Russian and were very friendly.

Terrible hotel. They say they speak English but don't really. Not very well. Because of this, we had some miscommunication. They are offering ironing service, so I asked them to iron some clothes. Instead they washed them and put them in the drier. All clothes ruined. That turned ugly real fast with them not understanding English and me having my clothes ruined. I wanted to leave it there. But my friend gave them a bad review on ***********. Now they're asking him to take down his review or they will go to the police and go to ***********. Seriously, we've had a bad experience, that's just how it is. Threatening to go to the police because we place a bad review just makes me create bad reviews on other platforms as well. In short: I don't recommend. Also the rooms are really tiny.

Pros: 1. Excellent location: 5-7 minutes walk from the metro, next to a grocery store, terminal in the store. 2. Wi-Fi is excellent, TV is only Armenian channels (this didn’t bother us, it was even interesting to listen to). 3. Newly renovated room, small, but not critical for us. The room is clean, cleaning is required every day, the linen is snow-white, the mattress is comfortable, the plumbing is in good working order. A nice bonus - shower gels, shampoo in the bathroom, hair dryer, slippers. The room also has a kettle, cups, spoons, iron and ironing board. 4. Friendly and friendly staff: they told us everything, showed us everything, and took into account all our wishes. Cons: expensive breakfasts. In general, we definitely recommend it. Of the hotels located in this area, this is the best option.

Отель удобно расположен на окраине города, рядом есть метро, такси до центра стоит дёшево и ехать около 15 минут. Интерьер оформлен со вкусом, номера опрятные и уютные, регулярно убирают, всё чисто и комфортно, хороший wi-fi, для удалённой работы подошёл. Но самое главное в этом отеле - это его персонал! Невероятно приятные, радушные люди, которые являются жемчужиной этого места. Нунэ, Эмма и каждый/ая, кого я не назвал - все как будто ваши лучшие друзья, родители и бабушки. Нам оказали очень тёплый приём, было так хорошо, что было жалко уезжать. Обязательно вернусь ещё ❤️
