The room space is large, and the furniture and decoration are very new. Some rooms also have washing machines, which is very convenient. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym, which is very suitable for business trips. The location is also very good. Opposite is Jinshan Lake Park, there is a shopping mall downstairs, and there are many restaurants nearby. Every time I go to Huizhou for business, this is my first choice hotel.

Booked a cityciew room but upgraded to a riverview one, astonished. The view is absolutely amazing day and night. Everything seems fair for the price, cannot expect much from it. I did hear some noise coming from below tho, there is a pub downstairs, you need to be aware of that if you are light sleepers. Well, at least earbuds are provided. Did not try their breakfast so I cannot comment on that. In case you miss the time, there are plenty of local options around. For foreigners, I suggest you have a translator with you because I don't think it is an English friendly hotel.

In the summer of 2010, I worked for a month in a tea restaurant in Huizhou Hotel. I remember it cost a few hundred yuan a month. After graduation in 2011, I went to Nanjing. Fast forward 13 years, I got married and had children in Nanjing. I came to Huizhou again after 13 years of absence. I took my wife and two children with me and checked into the hotel where I worked during the summer vacation. I remember that when I was working during the summer vacation, I lived in a dark and small staff dormitory, and there was a supervisor from the Northeast. I was thinking of going for morning tea to see if I could still meet the manager from Northeastern China. I had the impression that he was very nice. When I went to the hotel breakfast room to have breakfast in the morning, I actually met the manager from Northeast China. I was very moved.

The overall environment of the hotel is good, the outside is stylish, but the room is too small, has no special features, and is very ordinary. The main room is actually two small rooms, which is quite depressing.
There are only two bottles of water in the room, and you have to pay 3 yuan for it. After all, it’s not worth the money. Some B&Bs allow you to drink it for free, and some hotels don’t charge for two or three more bottles.
Facilities: Parking is not allowed and there is a charge of 15 yuan per night nearby; it is said that there is a washing machine but it can only be used after 8 a.m. and there is no dryer.
Cleanliness: It's okay. The lady in the public area cleaned it very clean in the morning. The room is also okay.
Service: The level of service is uneven. Some people's service is very good. For example, the handsome guy at the door even helped carry luggage to the second floor. Some people are not so good.

The overall feeling of the hotel is quite grand. The room layout and facilities are relatively professional and the bedding quality is excellent. Although the desk in the room is slightly small, it does not affect the overall evaluation. The front desk service awareness is enthusiastic, the front desk manager is enthusiastic and generous, and the lobby facilities are also worthy of the price of more than 300 yuan. The Hunan cuisine next door is a bonus, so you can treat customers with dignity.

Peach Blossom Peninsula, as soon as I entered the lobby, the young lady greeted us with a smile and led us all the way to our room. The room is a lake view room, clean and smart, very ritual. The bathroom is also a comfortable toilet, with birds and flowers around. In the afternoon, it is very comfortable to bask in the sun by the lake. It feels really far from the city here, and it’s great to get real relaxation ❤️

The room is well decorated and the facilities are quite new. It is recommended to book a twin room, which is larger than a king-size room and has an extra sofa. The toilet is also quite large, but there is no wardrobe, so it is not very convenient to hang luggage on the counter.
Environment:
Surrounded by mountains, you can see the lush mountain scenery from the room.
Service:
It is OK, and they are always responsive. The waiters will also say hello when they meet on the road.
Recreational facilities:
I chose this hotel because of its 270-square-meter large indoor playground. It is really fun. The kids can't get out after being thrown in for an afternoon. There are also many things to play in it, comparable to Meland.
The hot springs are average, there are relatively few pools and they are small, and they are on the hillside.
There is also an infinity pool on the top floor, which is nice for taking pictures.
There is a scenic spot called Shihe Wonder near the hotel, which is about 5 minutes' walk away. It is very suitable for hiking. It is known as the ”Little Jiuzhaigou”. The green stream is quite beautiful. You can come to the stream tracing in summer.
Dining:
There are not many types of breakfast, and the taste is average. There is a freshly made rice noodle roll that is OK.
For dinner, you can go to a nearby farmhouse.
In general, the experience is still very good, very suitable for a family vacation.

Location 4/5 - Yes it has a beach front, yes it is pretty out there. We arrived at HuiDongNan (惠東南) high speed rail station and took a 50minutes ride from the station to the hotel via Didi/Taxi. The location is pretty far from the city. However, the challenge comes when trying to book a taxi on the wechat Didi app. Often there are limited drivers in the area resulting in waiting up to 30 minutes for a ride. The other down side for me will be the construction surronding the area, as it is a still developing area, construction sounds and sites are observable.
Clealiness 4/5 - Overall the hotel staff is very fast and the staff work extra hard to ensure any spills, wet spots, wet marks are wiped and cleaned as soon as possible. However, in our room there is a smell of watery and humidity when we entered the room, especially the standing shower stall in the room.
Service 5/5 - The front desk lady (Judy) was fast in helping us check in to the hotel. We arrived very early ~12noon, Judy helped us check to see if there were any rooms available for us to check in earlier as the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. We ended up geting the room ~12noon and with an upgrade to the 25th floor. Overall whever we approached the staff, they are very willing to help. When requesting for extra water in the room, it came within 30 minutes.
Facilities 4/5 - There are many facilities and places to take photos such as the I Love Richu Sign, Swings, Reef Bar, Observation Deck, Fireworks and more. There are many places for great pictures. Besides picture opportunities, there are many faciltiies for kids, very family friendly. Whether it is shooting fireworks, kayaking along the lazy river, swimming/playing at hte shallow pools, going to the beach, there are much to do to ensure your little one is engaged all day. Given the hotel is less than 10 years old, there are some observable wears and tears in the room which can be maintained better. We got the hotel package with the breakfast, there are many varities and definitely very fitting for the Chinese population which is the majority. However, if you are expecitng a more western/international breakfast cuisine, you may need to be aware options such as cold cuts, ham, cheese, egg stations are not avaliable. While the resutaurant opens at 7:00am, the restaurant is packed with 65%-70% occupancy already at 7:30am.

First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon.
Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched.
The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest.
We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing.
Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform.
Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming.
Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults.
We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee.
Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing.
Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

MMariaCWe stayed in 2 hotels during our stay in Huizhou. I would say for families, children and teens this is a really great option (even though not cheap, for 1,500rmb per night).
The hotel has great amenities like table tennis, billiards, KTV, gym, around 5 restaurants (Chinese, Cantonese and Thai), around 5 pools (some of which have slides for children, and an infinity pool near the beach), a beach with water sports and volleyball very close to the rooms, and a foam party for little ones
The room we had had a sea view and 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a fridge.
Downsides were our room which was on tower 4 was a little old and smelt of mould, and the beach is quite noisy, yet I’d say we slept comfortably.
The manager Rahal was very kind and helpful. Most of the staff does not speak English but when we arrived a front desk staff added my WeChat so we could ask for anything we needed which was very helpful.
The green curry at the Thai restaurant was very nice, and breakfast had a lot of options (western and Chinese), including cereals, fresh fruit, pan au chocolate, vegetables, eggs, noodle soup, fried rice, fried noodles, waffles with honey, amongst more.
There are small drinks stalls next to the hotel at the beach (bubba tea and lemon tea), a small shop to buy beach clothes and instant noodles inside the hotel, Hagen Diaz and Chinese ice cream near the KTV cubicles, and vending machines around the hotel.
In summary, there are many things available and we enjoyed a good time there. We enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed.

The service is also very good. Our housekeeper Su Kaixin's service is very good and enthusiastic. The New Year atmosphere of the hotel is also very good

GGuest UserWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season.
