預訂酒店時，看到“歐樂堡水上酒店”就覺得應該酒店內有水上設施，接着翻看評論的客房都是面朝水上樂園，覺得機會更大。最後看到酒店住宿和門票套票，都衹有海洋王國和童話世界，更加信以為真入住酒店就能免費水上樂園。結果去到辦理入住，被告知水上樂園另外付費，那請問怎麼網上酒店不備註，而且怎麼對得起水上酒店這個名字，呵呵。退房後，酒店告知房間少了兩雙布拖鞋，是需要回收的拖鞋，要扣費。酒店真的把我當無知了嗎，這種一次性拖鞋我住過那麼多酒店都是一次性的，而且這個一次性拖鞋和膠拖鞋放一起，也沒有標識説這是不能帶走的，膠拖鞋是不能帶走，人人皆知，況且我家孩子也衹穿了一雙一次性的走。當我問哪來兩雙時，客服也答不上來。最後説申請免費。我真是搞笑了，就算沒有生意也不能這麼訛人。暑假兼週末都沒什麼人入住，可想而知酒店不怎麼樣。但是我要感謝的是攜程客服人員，給我不愉快的經歷做了補貼。
