Soundproofing is very, very, very poor. A few bear children next door didn't sleep until midnight, and the next room could hear it clearly when they went to the toilet at night, and were woken up at 3 am. I did some research in the morning, and it was this room that shared a window. There was a musty smell in the room, and I decided to upgrade and change the room the next day.
