A beautiful and stylish resort nested in a lush tropical setting in a quiet and authentic neighborhood just outside Hue. The very efficient, polite and friendly staff provide a perfect service. Comfortable, spacious and very pleasant rooms. Plentiful, well attended breakfast with an very satisfying and complete choice of food options. Big, beautiful and very pleasant pool. The staff kindly but firmly make sure the rules are respected to keep the place quiet and pleasant for everybody. The complimentary 30 minutes spa therapy is a pleasant plus. Kindly upgrade on my second stay. Nothing to fault this lovely place really. Thank you Xin Chao for the kind supervision of my reservation and stay. Looking forward to my next stay at the wonderful Pilgrim Village.

Nice part of town and close walking distance to many places such as walking street, vincom, river and much more. A bit of history if you look really close and experience something unique. Breakfast was ok and rooms are a bit dated but that's the charm of the hotel. Gym could be upgraded as only one treadmill that didn't work and one bike that wasn't plugged in. Universal exercise machine must have been as old as the hotel but all in all good value for money.

Our family of 4 stayed at Huong Giang Hotel Resort for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were made to feel like long lost relatives the moment we stepped out of the taxi. We were greeted with incredible warmth and smiles. Mr Loi in particular was so friendly and made us feel at home immediately, especially our two sons. The buffet breakfast was amazing and catered to all our tastes and preferences. Our children were in food heaven😊! Our hot water wasn't working at some stage, and when we told reception, there was someone there to fix it within seconds, and they solved the problem immediately. Mr Loi looked after us incredibly well, and our boys loved him. He greeted them with a huge smile and a high five everytime he saw them, always taking an interest in what they were doing, asking how they were. I would not hesitate to stay at Huong Giang again, incredible value for money, warm, helpful and friendly staff, and perfect location with serene quiet Perfume River on one side, and the lively hustle and bustle on the other. Its an excellent hotel with river views, very clean and efficient service by everyone. Breakfast spread is superb and caters to every taste bud. Lovely decor, old world charm and modernity all seamlessly intertwined. Enjoyed our stay.

Everything was good until we check out. The old security man at night shift wasnt as friendly as old man in the morning. But anw good location made we enjoyed this trip.

Place simply recommended. I can just tell you that our stay was so good that we doubled here our time in Hue. Room: We took a deluxe double room, which had a king bed and bath tube. In real the room seems a bit smaller than in picture, but spaces are ok and there is a shelf where you can store your belongings. Bed is stable and very comfortable. As complimentary you have every day water, instant coffee (with condensed milk, better than standard nescafe) and a small snack. Cleaning: Room clearance consist also of towels and bed sheet changing. The bathroom kit includes toothbrushes, comb and cotton buds. We stayed many days and the room was always really sparkling spotless. Staff: the girls at the front desk (Ruby, Tho, Sarah and Hoa) are exemplary: always welcoming with a smile, kind and ready to help. They truly treat us as family ＜3 Also the guys from the night shift are nive and always kind.

This hotel has been a life saver to us. It is the second time we stay there and we honestly enjoy going back. The best balance out there as regards price-amenities. Its location is great, not only is it in Hue which we use like a stop over place while travelling between Da Nang and other places in Vietnam, but it is also situated on the river bank. In the morning you can have your breakfast while watching the boats sail out from the banks of the river next to the hotel. Highly recommended. We will be going back.

We had an amazing stay at this resort!! We loved the view, the house, the pools, the food, we loved everything. We would definitely come back here if we are in Vietnam. Also our little kid (1year) loved it there as well, it is very child friendly. The breakfast was amazing and the people were very helpful and kind. Also the communication was super easy! Thanks for everything, we had the best time.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is great. Sadly, good things ended here. Room that I’d was on the second floor. It’s quite run-down and strange design. It had a giant kind size bed with little space to walk around. Dresser had a loud squeaky sound whenever I opened it. Outside AC units were so loud that I couldn’t fall sleep. I even shut my room’s AC.! Luckily, I brought a pair of earplugs. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

Quiet, comfortable old fashioned hotel, with carpeted corridors, large rooms, very comfortable twin beds that were more like doubles and a lovely breakfast. We had four nights here, slept well, 20 mins walk to town along a beautiful riverside walk, lovely coffee shops and local cafes in the area - yet far enough out of town to be far from the noise and late night revellers. It is possible to cycle to the Imperial City and the hotel offer free bikes upon request. Most interesting place and we would recommend as a no frills , great value , quiet hotel with a feel of a by gone era ....the pool was lovely for a dip but smaller in reality than the photos suggest! A great city break hotel overall with bathrobes, flipflops, bathroom amenities,safe and good range of TV channels, including movies provided. It had everything we needed and more!
