It was nice for the nights that I stayed. The bed was little bit harder than expected.

The place is clean and quiet. Receptionist were friendly and helpful. There's a cute receptionist who lead us and gave us direction to places we wanted to go. The receptionist recommended us a good place to eat for breakfast. Just a short walk away from the hotel, this shop sells very delicious meat pau (buns). You can get the receptionist to arrange for transportation to places you want to go. Overall it was a good stay.

Quite a good place to stay. It's half an hour with taxi of the main bus/train station, still it's easy to get around since there are some main streets around. The room is good and has great light. They clean it everyday.

Location is TERRIBLE. The address provided is very misleading. It is NOT near Tunxi old street at all.   The hotel is very old. My room does NOT have a phone. When I asked why no phone in my room, the receptionist said that all the rooms on my floor had no phones. I didn’t believe her. So I checked all the other rooms ( the rooms were not locked). The other rooms had phones. The receptionist lied to me. She was very dishonest. I wanted a 5:30 am morning call. The receptionist came to knock on my door at 6 am. She said that she was sleeping. That was why she was late 30 minutes . The same thing happened the next day. She was late again for 30 minutes. When I asked what time it was, she lied to me and said that it was 5:30 am. So I was late and could not catch my express train.  the receptionist refused to let me know her name. She just said that her surname is Song （宋） The receptionist was very rude. She told me to use my own alarm clock to wake up. I heard her gossiping to her colleagues about the customers .  

Excellent hotel, for this money and room i am very happy. Also wifi is perfect

I stay 3 nites at zsmarr hotel.i meet 3 different receptionist.all of them are very kind and helpfull.they help me to call to the hotel to my homestay owner in wuyuan because i dont have a chinesse phone nunber while in china. I will stay in this hotel when i come back one day.recomended to others.

Room was clean and service good. They also let me leave my bags for free overnight while I went to Huangshan

Nice room as shows in the picture. Located in the shopping area. Near to the old town (tourist attraction). Take bus no. 21 from HuangShan North Station (high speed train station) to the hotel.

Enjoy walking to the city, to the river. A lot of near by restaurants. Eating near the hotel food is better. In the city it is expensive and not ghat nice.

I drove to Huangshan for a trip and booked this hotel based on the ratings. The location is very good, on the commercial street in the center of Tunxi, right outside the RT-Mart supermarket, and there are many places to eat on the commercial street. For a newcomer like me to Huangshan, it really saves a lot of worry, and there are many Anhui restaurants downstairs. The hotel also has a free underground parking garage with plenty of parking spaces, which is very convenient! The service staff in the store are very enthusiastic, the front desk is very professional and patient, and the cleaning aunt is also very friendly. I stayed for several more nights and was very satisfied. I strongly recommend it to everyone

I drove out to play, the hotel has free parking, which is very convenient, the room is cleaned very clean, it is still a chain hotel guarantee, I found a self-service washing machine and drying area, just in time to wash some clothes for the trip, very convenient.
