Great hotel, beautiful views and amazing location. The dinner and breakfast were also very good. The butler was also very kind and made our family trip very smooth.

5 stars in every category. Services started even before we checked in, with detailed instructions, support to reserve our tickets and a personal English speaking staff which we have never received at any other 5 stars hotels in China. Very clean and superb view of Huangshan.

Everything here was great! The room we had had a good view. The restaurant serves great food and the staffs were great esp the manager, Ms Zhang, was very friendly and sweet. Regrettably, we only stayed there for 2 nights. Think 3 nights or more would be better.

What an amazing experience. Wonderful service and support coming into the Villa with advices on best route to tour the Yellow Mountain. Had dinner onsite for extra cost, wonderful service and catered food due to allergies from my friend. For those of you considering the place, it is truly an amazing and serene experience. Enjoy.

The must hotel to stay as their quality of service is the most sincere and warm. From pre-stay arrangement, meeting at enroute to the hotel, we are taken care of very well. The breakfast and dinner (recommeded by young dinning butler) is excellent and exquisite. The receptionists are really friendly and suggested a lot of great hiking routes. I will not disclose too much on the room but every details in HuaYing provided the guest plenty of surprises with blend of nature and mordern design. Amenities are complete. Lastly, the heart and soul in this hotel is the wonderful people running the hotel.

This mountain lodge nestled in the clouds feels like a natural retreat, not a human creation. The flowing sea of ​​clouds, the gentle sunset, the dazzling starry sky... The set dinner menu is also recommended; it's a great value.

The scenery of Huangshan is breathtaking, and the location of the hotel is also very good. The hotel is a scene in itself. You can watch the sunrise on foot, and the sunset and the Milky Way at night from the hotel platform are all beautiful. The food quality is good, but the price is a bit expensive. The only drawback of the room is that the water pressure is a bit low. I look forward to visiting Huangshan again in winter!

This quiet hotel near Qingliangtai in the Beihai Scenic Area is convenient for watching the sunrise and sunset. The environment and facilities are excellent. The shuttle service provided by Ctrip was a fantastic experience, saving me from the hassles of transfers and cable car queues during peak hours. The hotel's service was excellent, embodying a people-oriented approach. I was particularly touched when I forgot my sunglasses while taking photos on the way to the hotel after getting off the cable car. I only realized they were missing when I arrived. The hotel's housekeeper immediately returned to search for them, but couldn't find them that day. I assumed they were lost, but a surprise arrived the next morning when the housekeeper notified me that they had found them. (The reason was that the housekeeper had posted a lost and found notice within the scenic area group the previous night, and the scenic area's sedan chair team had found them.) I highly commend the hotel's attentive service and the management of the Huangshan Scenic Area.

The hotel is located above the Shilin Hotel. There are no hustle and bustle of people, and it enjoys its own tranquility. The room facilities are newer, highly intelligent, and the service response is fast. In the evening, you can see the sunset and the most beautiful starry sky. The sunrise viewing point is not far away.

A very satisfying experience. The butler's integrated service was friendly and natural. The room, afternoon tea, and three meals a day were all perfectly arranged, and the food was delicious. There's probably no more convenient place in Huangshan for watching both the sunset and sunrise. Sunset can be seen from the hotel, and sunrise is just a two- to three-minute walk away. The only minor flaw was the sight of two spiders in the room and hallway, one of which was incredibly large. But in the mountains, that's understandable; it just scared the children.
