Hotels with Breakfast in Hualien

Good service provided by the hotel. This hotel also have activity center for kids and adult with multiple types of activity such as go-kart, VR, rock climbing and etc. Very nice pool as well.

This is my fourth time staying here, but the only drawback is that I didn’t notice that the room type I booked was a delicacy room (that is, the room type with the smallest space). I didn’t notice it before (because the non-holiday prices were almost the same). After checking in, I discovered that If you book a luxury room directly from the hotel, the price is hundreds of yuan cheaper than on the website. I immediately contacted customer service, and of course the customer service also provided compensation measures. I hope that subsequent websites can more carefully check the room types provided by the hotel to avoid misunderstandings by users and a bad impression.

Very convenient location very near Hualien train station. Nice public area with lots of outlets and with water dispenser. Free coffee and tea packs. Simple breakfast is included but it starts late. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very awkward ladder going up the topdeck of the bed in the dorm room, as shown in the picture.

It feels different from the booking photos. It's actually a roadside hotel instead of a large manor. The room is OK and the bathroom is pretty new. The parking lot is behind the hotel, but since the day of check-in is a weekday, you can park in front. Breakfast Some of the items were small. Unfortunately, there was a big earthquake when we were having breakfast the day after we checked in. We had to check out immediately after breakfast.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. There are many facilities to experience in the park, which is very suitable for children The hotel service is very good, especially the boat introduction staff, who explain clearly, have good boat driving skills, and the scenery is great.

This trip to Taroko had to be interrupted due to the Hualien earthquake. It was indeed a pity that we were not able to see the beautiful scenery of Qingshui Cliff. However, the staff of Yanbo Taroko Hotel showed enthusiasm and helpfulness during this process. Persistent professionalism is a more beautiful scenery. Thank you for your efforts and persistence. The hotel lobby is very beautiful and has a nice view. There is a bakery bar, Chinese and Western restaurants with good meals. There is a restaurant with children playing in the Rich Hall. Adults can have a good rest. The swimming pool and spa facilities are clean and you can see the sea at the same time. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows are very good for sleeping at night. The frog watching activity was fun and it was a great accommodation experience

The environmental facilities and staff services are excellent, the food supply is also good, and there are free bicycle rental services. It is definitely the number one high-quality hotel that people will want to come back to!

Everything was spot on! Great location to explore Taroko National Park and little walk around the hotel was also good. It’s also convenient that we could use the hotel’s facilities till 3pm even after checking out. Would love to come back to stay.
