Next time I come, I will stay here again. It’s so comfortable and convenient for traveling. I feel so good just lying in the room all day. I don’t want to go anywhere. It’s my first choice for vacation. Unfortunately, the weather was not very good and I didn’t see the sunrise. , hope to see it next time

The proprietress is very kind and the service is very intimate. The room is very clean and the sea view is beautiful. It is a pity that the bathroom is easy to flood and the drainage system is not very good. Come back to the third floor to see the glass is very transparent. This is a hotel room in a camper van setting. We’ve been to a few other camper van stays but this one was more comfortable. Bed and shower were good and clean. Tea and breakfast were delicious. Beautiful setting especially towards evenings when the lights came on.

The boss is very polite, the view at the beach is also great, but it is a pity that it is because I live on the first floor. The stereo is automatically turned on at 5 o'clock in the morning. You have to drive a little further ahead to see the signboard. The environment is very good. The four-person room is also larger than expected.
There is also a balcony. It is not bad to see the big pool view downstairs, but the wild dog barking at the window factory at night is really all night.
The ducks are also loud in the morning. They should be raised in the rear factory. Although there are earplugs, they can still hear them.
It is not recommended that people who sleep lightly sleep by the window. Overall, it is OK, and the price is high.

The newly renovated lobby is stunning - we didn’t believe the lobby photos until we actually saw it in person. This resort is a real gem of Hualien and of ********* fengshui in general. The food quality was unexpectedly good, and I prefer the hotel’s twist on simple ********* favorites vs. their western style food. The only annoying thing is that you have to buy a swimming cap to use the pool, but the kids had a blast at the pool and taking in views from the hot tub.

The sea view room we originally booked was a little disappointing because the hot water was not hot enough. Unexpectedly, after we contacted the hotel, the hotel manager immediately asked us to change to a sea view room with a balcony, and even more generously gave us a bottle of red wine! It makes people feel full of sincerity! This stay did not result in any points being deducted due to the small situation at the beginning. On the contrary, the hotel's favorable impression of the hotel was greatly improved due to the generous crisis handling!

The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the airport/Dongdaemun, and the reception staff will also help with taxis. But there are no shops nearby, and there is a sports ground to watch the sea.
Recommended restaurants nearby include Sarugawa River, Sabi Sabi cinnamon rolls, country mother's, and Milundon Rice House.
The hotel has a washing machine and dryer (a total of NT$100), switch/table tennis balls can be borrowed, and sauna facilities.
The room is clean. If you need cleaning, please contact the front desk. There is a free welcome drink every day, and water must be replenished at the water dispenser outside the room.
The overall accommodation experience was good and would be recommended.

NNanakoMy husband and I had the most incredible stay at Bohemia. It's next to a river with cows and within walking distance to the ocean. They let you use their electric bikes which allows you to explore the city of Hualien like a local (and without the need of an international license since it's not a scooter). The breakfasts were delicious and they accommodated my food restrictions, preparing traditional ********* breakfasts that were gluten and dairy free. The room was luxurious with a balcony with the amazing view of the river and sounds of nature. They also have a great rooftop that you can access and a new massage chair in the lobby. The staff were friendly and made sure that we had an enjoyable stay. We could not recommend this place more and would love to go back!

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Xinxin Noodle House and 5 minutes to Dongdaemun Night Market. There is no breakfast attached to the B&B, but there are many delicious restaurants nearby.
If you arrive early in the afternoon, you can park in the parking lot of Dongdaemun Night Market (free)
The dog in the B&B is very cute and coquettish. I stayed for another 2 nights. The boss reminded me that there is a washing machine upstairs that you can use for free. It dried in the sun overnight. It is a different washing machine than the one used to clean the bed sheets in the room. This is my second time here. I will consider this place next time!

XXueqingRooms were dusty and old, breakfast spread is alright, staff at reception seemed slightly reluctant to help check on train services as we encountered the Hualien earthquake on the 3rd of April. The plus side was that the rooms are quite roomy and the reception area can house many guests who might need to wait around before or after check in.

SShaynaBeautiful place, huge,clean well decorated rooms ! Mr Hong was so nice. He gave us a free upgrade and made a yummy western breakfasts then left the property to us for a totally private stay. The location was perfect, easy to find and a quick drive into the Taroko park, and drives along the coastal views hwy 9. We used their free house bikes to riding along the coast path to the cute village for meals. There is 7/11 near to pick up snack and a ATV rental for beach rides less then a 1 mile away !!

GGuest UserGreat hotel. Stayed in the twin room with ocean views and balcony. The room is very clean, comfortable and quiet. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi on the third floor is a treat. A swimming cap is compulsory. They sell it at the hotel for $120 TWD. The hotel is about 2km from the city centre. They provide a complimentary shuttle service on the hour from morning to 5pm. Just ask the concierge. It was a very pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThe room, bed, bathroom, etc. were very clean and spacious, so it was comfortable. It was not humid because the dehumidifier was turned on. Cooking available in the lobby. This accommodation is rated out of 10 and I don't know why it doesn't get a rating of 9. I want to stay at this hotel and go to Hualien again. Although the location is far from the train station, you can reach Shincheong Station within 30 minutes on foot. Definitely recommended.
For reference, most cheap accommodations are cheap, so if you want accommodation in good condition, you will have to spend 40,000 won per day. There is a reason why the cheapest accommodation is in the 20,000 won range. This is an experience

EEileenLocation was good, one of the nearest to the train station, about 5-7mins walk. There is a roof terrace and in-house restaurant. They also provide bike rental. The local night market (only on fri-sun night), was just one street away outside the Inn walkable in 1-2 mins. Staff was very friendly and helpful too. The room looks clean overall, but we spotted some mouldy spots around.

TTobias TDuring my recent trip to Hualien, I had the unique opportunity to stay at the Peace Prison Cafe Inn Hostel, and it truly exceeded my expectations. As soon as I arrived, the prison theme instantly caught my attention. The rooms were designed to resemble prison cells, which added an intriguing and immersive element to my stay.
One thing that stood out to me was the absence of a traditional reception desk. Instead, to gain entry, all guests need to do is call the contact number provided, which adds a touch of mystery to the experience. The lady working there was exceptionally helpful and patient, even taking the time to explain how to use the facilities in Chinese. Her assistance made my stay all the more enjoyable.
As a solo traveler, I couldn't help but appreciate the eerie vibes that the place exudes, especially since I'm a fan of horror.
