I try i book for my fam but try to call to hotel but don't know what wrong when we at in the hotel we booked in fam suit room because we understand there 2 room inside cause the price make sense and reception told me like that but we we come in front on one responsible. Just told me like our hotel on 2 bed room inside ***... so what wrong with the reception that day? It not make sense i will pay 1 room for double price and i ask for your responsible they say no they say only price in counter today !!!! So might be the last time for here

Hotel decoration is fantastic. Bathroom looks a bit dirty may due to old mosaic decoration. Jacuzzi is very fantastic.

Hotel was amazing, the stuff was more than helpful and kind… I recommend this hotel 100%, very clean, food at hotel was delicious. Didn’t need to leave the hotel at all and visit specially if you come to have q relaxing time and enjoy the facilities.

I had housekeeping banging on my door like there was a fire. For about an hour. 3 calls to the room too. The sign on the door clearly said Do Not Disturb. Between 4 and 5pm. I cancelled my other booking and received a full 12,000 tbt refund. Your housekeeping antics are very expensive for your hotel. CCTV should identify your problem.

Very nice hotel at the beach of Hua Hin, very clean, nice pool, also the room was really good. The night market was easy to reach by Tuc Tuc. I can recommend this place.

It's a real photogenic hotel! I was impressed by its unique Moroccan style and the cleanliness. The staff went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable during my stay. The room is spacious with great decoration. Hotel restaurant and bars are amazing. I did enjoy my food with stunning sea view. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Not recommend, Only one time fir your life ,trust my real experience Poor security and high risk and dark at night time -Window can not locked and it can open from outside There are only 2 staff for whole service at night time -Any emergency , Security could not open backward CCTV in night time and you have to wait till morning -You can not reach room service in 1 call ed after 8 pm,I called to request shower gel after 45 min , room service staff came to my room and told me that we have no spare bottle for liquid soap after that he bring bottle from my room to another room after refilled and He could not remember .

As 5 stars hotel of 76 rooms, from 10 pm until 5 am we provide night manager at front desk, 1 Housekeeping staff, 1 engineer staff and 2 security guard to assure hotel safety and convenience. 3. The reason you ask to see CCTV because you did not believe that our maid did give you the shower gel needs to get approval from the management team and we do believe it could be done early in the morning at 8 am.
