Avoid avoid avoid this place please all I stayed there for new years night I can not explain how dirty it was night after I left the hotel me and my partner got the worst Covid ever we still in the bed burning from high temperature we may need to end up to hospital the shower was broken they wasn’t bother to fix the shower a member of staff just walk in to the room at 8:00 in the morning and I was naked ask me to leave how ever my check out was any time before 12:00 in had to wake up with my naked ass to explain that my check out is anytime before 12:00 Just avoid this guy just Ruined my new day in london and I had to go back to Manchester because I was soo ill Just avoid

When checked in on 9/8 night with queuing time more than 20 minutes, the staff told me unable as they said the booking name is not same as my id. He asked me impolitely why it is not the same. I explained to him it is the preferred name booking via third party which always works for me in my entire life. I showed my photo id, the booking confirmation email, pdf and even the credit card used for booking is correct. So I don't understand their rationale. Harry the reception manger was called after a while. He rudely told me if I would do the same for booking the air ticket. I said the airport is different with the hotel but unfortunately he told it is the same. Honestly, I don't quite understand his point as my credit card can also be my initials instead of full name. After negotiating for another 15 minutes, he said he will do it this time out of the gesture of goodwill. So actually it can be worked outside the box but he chose just to provoke the customer. He was asked to print out the terms and conditions about what he said but nothing was shown. He even told me not to argue but go to my room otherwise he will cancel the booking. It is ridiculous and unacceptable to treat your loyal member. Furthermore, £10 was requested for deposit but nothing was shown in the account after the payment. It's another fraud. The Marriott membership number was requested to put into the account for accumulating the points but was refused. Trip.com was contacted but they require hotel to accommodate but unfortunately it was rejected again by the hotel. The room amenities were very limited without any toothpaste and slippers which are quite basic stuff. The hairdryer was disgusting with hair still stuck at the back of the dryer. All the evidence had been attached. For check out, it takes another 20 minutes to sort the parking issue but still could not be fixed as the staff Ben said it's not their problem but another parking app provider. So nothing was their problem at all. To be frank, it is very surprised to learn this poor experience with Marriott hotel which makes me reconsider your brand.

Great location. It is near the bus stop that can go to the Heathrow airport and to the tube station.

Cleaners knocked on the door too early, disturbing me. I think you shouldn’t be knocking until after checkout time. I didn’t appreciate that at all.

I was really impressed with the decoration and vibe of this hotel. It was stylish and very cool. Comfortable bed, big TV and good breakfast.

Reception area is a bit hostel-like with incredibly helpful, welcoming staff. Room was comfortable and quiet. Overall the stay exceeded my expectations.

My room would go above 22c no matter how many times I press the +button on the thermostat . For me that's to cold as I am old and skinny 🥶🥶🥶🥶

Rooms are good. Bathroom a bit small but still functional. Bus literally outside which is Amazing. Parking is safe as there is a security guard 247 and a barrier to get inside. Great reception area Downside is £15 for a useless spineless breakfast. Variety is very less and they won’t make you fresh eggs either. There response was there is no kitchen to make eggs. There is only a pre-made scrambled egg which you scoop out from the tray, makes you want to throw up looking at it. Feel like I’m eating lame plane food plus I paid £15 for it. Absolute waste of time. Take it or leave it kind of approach too. If it was £5 it would be worth it. But for £15 it’s a waste of time, money and a waste on your digestion system. Poor intestines having to go through it. How are you gonna charge £15 for a breakfast but tell me there’s no kitchen. Daylight robbery. I get better breakfasts in Third world countries, this was like peasantry behaviour. I’d rather starve. Honestly, that messed up the whole stay. Other then that great hotel.

Wonderful stay, I may said it is the best hotel I have lived in London. Thank you for arrange us to the highest floor and enjoy a fascinating view in morning. You may go to Heathrow Airport by bus, but there are to many choices for you, so great!

This is very cozy hotel, impressive lobby lounge, the staff is very friendly, and very surprised with the welcome drink.

Needed a quick place to stay the night as I had missed my flight at Heathrow. Moxy is relatively nearby, and easy enough to get to with the local bus or hotel hopper service (although this is quite expensive!) The hotel is modern, and staff is very friendly. Rooms are cozy and have everything you would need for a good nights rest if you are catching an early flight out. Would recommend!

Amazing hotel, good value for money. Has a gym and private parking too. Would highly recommend.

Staff were great , rooms were good clean and comfortable, will stay again , good breakfast
