Super five-star experience! I was still touched by the warm service even though I arrived late at night. I especially thank Xiaozhong for his considerate care. Due to the itinerary, we arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock in the evening. We were worried that we would not be able to enjoy the hot springs too late, but Xiaozhong still prepared hot spring water for us at 1:30 in the morning! After a tiring journey, we soaked in the warm private hot spring. Xiaozhong's enthusiasm completely exceeded our expectations and truly embodied the ”customer-first” service spirit! The environment of the hotel is also impeccable. The only drawback is that the flashlight has no power because the power was cut off late at night. The hand sanitizer was used up and was not replaced in time. The humidifier power cord was not there. But it is still highly recommended.
