Ho Chi Minh City Hostels

The owner(Coco) was very kind. The dog&cats were so adorable!!!! I like my female only dorm room because there are only 4 beds. The bed was comfortable. The en suite bathroom is great! The room also has a large window with vines hanging around the window, it’s charming and good natural light into the room! The location, I think it’s great coz it’s away from the busy streets so no honking noises from motorbikes and cars. Since Grab motorbike taxi is so cheap, I prefer to stay where it’s quiet and get Grab to go to places so quick and cheap! Breakfast is boiled eggs, toast&jam, cereal. Homemade fresh coffee for 50,000 VND ($2) is also terrific! The owner loves making coffee so buy coffee when she’s there so you can enjoy watching her make the coffee with love&care! The breakfast here is delicious. The hotel is in a small alley. It is a bar street. There are a lot of motorcycles in Vietnam. Pay attention to safety. The room is small but very clean.

I have only one word for this product, and that is ”good”. I am very pleased with the quality, performance and service of this product. From the moment I purchased it, it continues to amaze me. Its appearance design is simple and elegant, and it is very convenient to use. Moreover, its performance is also very powerful, both in terms of processing speed and operational stability, which makes me very satisfied. Most importantly, its after-sales service is also very good. Whenever I encounter a problem, they can help me solve it promptly and patiently. Overall, my evaluation of this product is one word - praise!

Couldn’t get more perfect for the city. A clean and comfortable oasis away from the busy street. It’s got an incredible location with lots going on around, but soundproofing doors so it feels very peaceful inside. Lots of solo travellers that come together in the common room as you walk in - not forcefully social but everyone is friendly. Very welcoming too with friendly security guards that greet and wave to you every time you come to the hostel. Also as an additional plus there is a communal kitchen which is pretty rare to find in hostels in Asia from my experience. We actually initially booked a different hostel in the city for our trip, but arrived there and found bedbugs. Save yourself the pain and book this one straight away.

I was back to the home at 1 am and see a man who was sleeping at the door without clothes. It was really terrible for me as a girl to get in at midnight. I have to sleep over at my friend’s home and returned at the morning the day after. Bad experience ever

I arrived in the night so I had to wait another 40 minutes until anyone helps me with checking in. Room stinks. In the room 2 people came in the morning and tried to **** *** (it’s dorm with single beds, I think they were probably no quests but workers otherwise how would they get there in the spare bed). To get a towel you need to pay. The administrator Ryan was very nice and the guy Maxim who was sent for my check in too.

Very well located homestay ! close to the bus station Bến Xe Buýt Sài Gòn - Lê Lai - Phường Phạm Ngũ Lão (GA HKXB Sai Gon-CV 23/9 Lê Lai) with the 109 bus from the airport. Team very kind, speaking English and ready to help. Many restaurants and supermarket around. I like the roof, where i can have lunch and take news from the Geckos :-)

They are not 24 hours reception. If you arrive late in the evening, you need to inform them, however, they will not wait for you, they put a whatsapp number in the front door that you can call them for checking in. I stayed in the private room which is well decorated. Shower in ok. You have 5 choices of breakfast and 4 types of drinks to choose 👍Good location for eating and shopping. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I will come back to stay at this hostel again.

Overall i had a comfortable stay. I love the common place the most. I was in the female dorm, with 4 beds (2 decker bunk bed). The blanket and bed sheet very soft (love it!) . They give you 1 bottle of 500ml drinking water upon arrival. There is free snacks on the reception area. There is gym below the reception. Kitchen on the other side. They provide free breakfast (there is menu to choose) + drink + fruits. There is water dispenser in the kitchen as well. The room are comfortable, the toilet is outside. Quite clean. They provide shower gel and shampoo. There is a lot of restaurant near by and nail saloon. There a nail saloon on the right side, giving hair wash + massage services with only 59k for 30 minutes. I wash my hair there because can’t use the bathroom before check in. There is rooftop. Service are 👍🏻 The bathroom drain are draining quite slow, but still working. Im not sure if there is hairdryer, i used the fan in the common area to dry my hair. The location is quite far from the attraction, need to cross the bridge to district 1. No elevator. I recommend staying in district 1 for better access to the attractions. Suggestion to the hostel: better if you provide paying self laundry service.
