The location is excellent—right next to a mall, a bus station, and surrounded by several other shopping centers. You can easily walk between them via connecting bridges, so you don’t have to worry about sun or rain! The MTR station is also nearby, and you can reach it by walking through the malls, which leads you directly to the station. There’s even a park close by, adding to the convenience.
The staff are very professional and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The room was spacious, with furniture that looked almost new, and the bathroom was spotless. I was extremely happy with my stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Hong Kong.
Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers!

My overall experience was remarkable. We had fun in Hongkong and because of our hotel location help us to reach those amusements easily. As well as the restaurant at the ground floor of hotel. It’s a hidden gem in the city! I stay at Royal View Hotel for 3 weeks, staff are so nice and helpful. Especially the overnight front desk staff really help me a lot! The best thing is the shuttle bus, every 15 minutes from 7am to 11pm, no need to worry about no convenience store nearby! The room was upgraded and the view is stunning. Definitely will stay here again!

Hotel is pretty decent for HK and the price we paid, considering holiday season. But disappointed for a 4-Star chain standards.
All basic facilities are provided. No frills. More like a 3-star than a 4-star.
Shuttle makes it easier to get to shopping centre, closer to trains and buses to the city.
Pool is only open during specific hours but they do have a lifeguard in duty so I’m not sure if I can complain.
Gym has bare minimum equipment.
They did mention we got an upgrade but the room is similar to what we booked. It’s a modern-tiny space-saving design room so it’s smart but annoying with the lack of cupboards, floor space etc. Everything in the room is tightly packed. You just get in, sleep an get out but that’s Hong Kong I guess.

Location is great. Most malls and MTR are connected by overpasses, making it very easy to get around even during rainy weather.
Standard amenities are provided, hair conditioner not included. Only one sandblasted window in our room, so there wasn't really a view. Room was small compared to two other hotels in which we stayed during our trip. AC was sufficient, however air circulation was not for some reason. Even with a dehumidifier on (provided by the hotel) my hand-washed clothes would take longer than usual to dry.
Aside from all of this, my biggest complaint was actually the room service. We forgot to put the DND tag on our door, which was partly our fault, but when they knocked on the door we insisted that we did not want room service. The lady was adamant about coming in and barged in when I was still in bed! On previous nights, we were also woken up several times by either the neighbours or the cleaning ladies, as the rooms were not very soundproof.
Overall, unless I really want the convenience of everything nearby and within walking distance, I probably won't come here again.

Very nice hotel, however inside the room was a bit oldish furniture, not feeling very 100% clean to put my staff if it’s necessary on the floor.. nice view, with a pool.. you need to take a shuttle bus or bus to go to MRT to go to all other places, however it’s close to the airport. Staff are very respectful and friendly. Reasonable price, I will be back again however I will consider the distance from iconic spots as this was difficult when I wanted to return late as I had to take Uber which added to the price , the rest was easy and fun.

The good things: Large size, quiet, strong WiFi, shuttle bus connecting metro station, excellent reception and housekeeping services
Things to improve: More lights (brighter, now too dark) in the lobby, corridor, better ventilation in the toilet in the room.
Overall comment: Not conveniently located but well connected with shuttle bus. The room design is modern, and the size is large by Hong Kong standards. The price is reasonable.

Not far from MTR but yet a bit confused when walking the first time since Google map show the longer way to walk. Overall experience is nice, worth for short trip. One thing that hotel might consider is filling drinking water point to make guests stay more easier (water vending machines almost sold out this morning).

The hotel is located at Tsingyi which is near Disneyland and airport. There are many tourists staying at this hotel who are taking the advantage of the proximity. I choose to stay here because it is near my customer. It is part of the condominium. Only two eateries, one supermarket and a few shops within the compound. I need to walk out to the estates or take a minibus to Tsingyi MTR for meals. Good thing is minibus arrives at the condo. Hence it is consider convenient.
The lock of my room is spoiled. They managed to repair it within the same day though it is Sunday.

GGuest UserI needed a hotel closer to HK to stay for 1 night and found this good located new hotel. Only 5 mins walk to station and shops. My room was small but clean and Morden. Kettle and fridge. The walls are slightly thin and can hear a phones ringing. Very good for the price.

JJanmokI love to stay in Noah’s Ark that is close to airport. Been staying in this resort since 2012. It is one of my selected choices whenever I travel to Hong Kong and have since been recommended friends and relatives to stay here with me. A quiet resort located at Ma Wan island with awesome scenic views of beach, Tsing Ma bridge and Ting Kau bridge. Around there are loop buses out to city areas and MTR stations.

AaahaaThis is genuinely a hidden gem of a mini-hotel, offering fantastic value for money! First off, a huge thumbs-up!
The front desk staff are highly professional and friendly. The concierge on the ground floor was very efficient with shuttle bus bookings, and check-out was quick. The service is impeccably organized. What's more, no deposit is required, which truly speaks to their sincerity and trust.
Secondly, the hotel is situated halfway up a hill. Unless you take a taxi, 'climbing' is the word to describe getting to the hotel. Some of the steep sections reach a 40-degree incline, so it's only suitable for guests with good physical stamina.
Thirdly, just around the corner, you'll find a park and a small shopping complex. You can grab a bite at McDonald's or Fairwood, or try some local congee and noodle shops. The hotel is located at the edge of a residential and industrial area.
Fourth, the shuttle bus provides access to Tsuen Wan West Station (connecting to the Tuen Ma Line) and Kwai Fong Station (on the Tsuen Wan Line), with services running every hour.
Fifth, the rooms are quite compact, so much so that there isn't a wardrobe. You'll have to hang your worn clothes on the tea table. This isn't a problem if you're traveling light, but two large suitcases will be a tight squeeze, and you'll be constantly stepping over them.
Sixth, the non-smoking room was excellent, completely free of any smoke smell. It also had a tall air purifier (about half a person's height) which, despite being quite noisy, kept the air very fresh.
Seventh, the room comes with an instant hot water dispenser. You fill it with tap water from the back, and it dispenses a small cup of 98°C water from the front in just five seconds.
Eighth, being part of the Dorsett hotel group, it benefits from high-end management standards. The lobby and elevator areas are clean and bright.
Ninth, I'd suggest the hotel reposition itself as a destination for guests seeking a hiking challenge, strategically located next to a massive outdoor swimming pool. While the gym is merely a converted room and only 'decent,' for those arriving with luggage, the climb up the 40-degree slopes offers a unique 'mountain climbing with bags' experience, leaving you sweating but exhilarated with a dopamine rush upon reaching the lobby. Post check-in, an 8-minute downhill stroll leads to the North Kwai Chung Jockey Club Swimming Pool, where you can enjoy a 50-meter outdoor standard pool and a 1-meter deep outdoor training pool, all for less than 20 HKD admission. It's truly like having an enormous pool facility right next to the hotel. Phenomenal value!!!! Count me in for the next swim!

SSteven DowsonWe arrived late, maybe 11.30pm, but were greeted warmly and checked in smoothly. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and the environment peaceful. Shower was hot and worked well, all towels and linen were clean, toilet was clean, and the room itself clean enough. It looked like it must have been a child's bedroom once because there were glow-in-the-dark decals of planets stuck on the walls and ceiling. This room is fine if you are traveling on a budget and need somewhere to sleep and keep your things while you explore Hong Kong, location is away from the centre but metro a short walk that will take you straight to Central Station. Was a bit difficult to find down a back street.
