To give a fair opinion on this hotel. The room was clean but it is very small. I had phobia using the bathroom. Fortunately I was given a room on high floor with Mountain and no block from opposite building. The location was their selling point because it was 10 minutes walking distance from MTR station. 3 stops from Central. It was hard to find hotels with such price in Hong Kong.

Cleanliness is absolutely key, and they did a fantastic job with it. The location couldn't be better, less than a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and there are plenty of food options close by. The staff were very polite. On my second day, I even received a complimentary room upgrade. What's more, it was surprisingly quiet; despite the hotel being busy, it was incredibly peaceful, which was truly impressive.

Extremely satisfied! My husband couldn't stop raving about it!
First off, the view is absolutely fantastic; the sea view from the 28th floor was truly magnificent! We even made a special trip back to the hotel yesterday to catch the sunset over the sea, and it was every bit as stunning as the sunset from Victoria Peak.
Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with amenities like a universal adapter, an air purifier, and even complimentary snacks and drinks.
Finally, the location is incredibly convenient for getting around. The 'ding ding' trams are right downstairs, and we took them multiple times – we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Public transport, including buses and the MTR, is also very convenient, with the HKU MTR station just a short walk away.

Hotel is very convenient from Shueng Wan Station. Plenty of food options around. The apartment type is convenient for big families to stay together and yet still have privacy in individual rooms. Especially good with one bathroom for each room.
Tip: Nearest mtr exit to hotel is A2. Note that none of the exits have elevators nor downward escalators, so you will need to carry your luggages down the flight of stairs to the station level.

Location: About 150 meters from Sheung Wan MTR Station and just over 1 km from the Central district, making transportation quite convenient.
Hotel Experience: This is a newly opened hotel with about 10 rooms per floor. The hallway smells quite pungent, though there's an air purifier. The rooms are almost odorless, but they're small and newly renovated. Cleanliness is excellent, but the amenities are average. It feels like a mainland Chinese business hotel, not quite a 4-star hotel. The curtains have blackout blinds, which is crucial for a good night's sleep.
Breakfast: It's worth mentioning that breakfast is on the 38th floor, with a window seat offering a sea view. It's a set meal, and you can choose from Western and Japanese set meals for your own breakfast. The food is delicious. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Afterward, a cup of freshly ground coffee refreshed me for the day.

I booked JEN for my trip to HKU this time. Initially, I booked for three days, but I found it so comfortable that I extended my stay for a few more days, ending up staying for a week in total. It's incredibly convenient; JEN is right outside the HKU MTR station exit. There's a traditional Hong Kong cafe (bing sutt) nearby for breakfast, and just one street away, you'll find tons of shops. It's super convenient for dining, grabbing drinks, and buying fresh fruit. I would definitely stay at JEN again on my next visit. The bed was also very comfortable, which I personally love as I prefer very soft beds.

The location is excellent, especially for Hong Kong, being so close to Lan Kwai Fong. I stayed here after attending a concert, and it's truly within easy walking distance of Lan Kwai Fong. The room was clean and tidy. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. The overall environment was good.

GGuest UserEasy to find hotel but need a little walk from citybus bus stop. Room is clean and have space to place luggages, shower room is ok, clean. You need to bring your own amenities. Hotel has shampoo and shower gel only. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Pls add their WhatsApp, it will help you when you can’t find hotel or need any assistances, staff response so quick. Check out time is noon but you can leave luggage with them till 10.00 pm (if not wrong) without extra charge. Around hotel are filled with good restaurants, coffee shops, near MTR exit A1. Overall it is convenience for travelers.

I asked if I could get a room on a higher floor, and they happily accommodated, offering a fantastic view! They even provided a travel adapter in the room, which was a thoughtful touch – no need to bring your own! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. The staff’s friendliness was remarkable. The receptionist safely held a bouquet I ordered online and enthusiastically helped plan a birthday surprise for my girlfriend. When I needed a vase, they delivered one promptly. After checkout, they found my forgotten charger and kept it until I returned. Every interaction was warm and attentive, making me feel truly valued.
The room’s unique one-way layout, flowing from living room to bedroom to bathroom, was one of the most creative I’ve seen. It felt spacious and stylish, with a cozy living area and a comfortable bedroom. The bathroom’s huge, spotless bathtub was a highlight, perfect for a relaxing soak.

AAnonymous UserThis is a no frills yet comfortable guest house with a stunning view of the Victoria Harbour. The deluxe room is spacious by local standards yet did not cost a bomb at all. It's situated right behind a bustling high street with lots of eateries and amenities. It is also round the corner from the tram and bus stops, including a direct route to the airport. The MTR station is also just a short walk away. All in all, a good choice for people who want to experience living in an authentic local neighbourhood.

GGuest UserUnbeatable location on the hillside, surrounded by plenty of historical sites and great food. Cooking facilities are available in the lobby, and there's a laundry room. While the room is small, a fresh air ventilation system ensures it doesn't feel stuffy, and it also comes with a mini-fridge. Just a heads-up, disposable slippers and dental kits are not provided.
