The location is fantastic – Jordon MTR station is right downstairs, making it super convenient to reach Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, as well as various shopping malls and food courts. Luggage storage is available on the first floor, and check-in is on the second. They accept Alipay and WeChat Pay. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and came with a bathtub, toiletries, and complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay!

Traveling to Hong Kong with young children, the Eaton HK is an exceptional choice.
The room was a standout feature. For Hong Kong, it was remarkably spacious, giving our child plenty of room to play without feeling confined. This extra space made our stay so much more comfortable and relaxed.
The staff's hospitality was another highlight. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Their patience and positive attitude toward our child made us feel incredibly welcome.
The swimming pool is fantastic for kids. It's a safe and fun place for them to splash around and burn off energy, quickly becoming the favorite part of our day.
The Eaton HK provides a wonderful experience for families with its roomy accommodations, top-notch service, and child-friendly amenities. It truly made our trip memorable.

Excellent service by Kathy or Cathy. I called concierge to find the power socket to charge my phone at very late night. With in few mnts I got what I need. Appreciate the effort without saying no or other excuses. Just wanna thanks since I am regular here in the city view.. this was my third or fourth visit..

Nathan Hotel went above and beyond during our stay! We loved the clean, spacious rooms, early check-in, and amazing breakfast—even while the dining area was under renovation, they made sure guests still had a hot and satisfying meal (unlike Holiday inn express Kowloon, which offered only poor excuses and cold sandwiches).
We had planned to visit Macau on our last day, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Thankfully, the hotel kindly allowed us a late check-out at 1 PM free of charge. We even asked to extend it until 4PM (willing to pay), but they were fully booked—still, we really appreciated their hospitality and effort.
The location is fantastic, right by the MTR and even walkable to Victoria Harbour. We only regret not booking our full trip here. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and excellent. I had originally booked a standard double room, but the friendly staff at the front desk kindly upgraded us to a family room. Its location near Jordan MTR Station Exit B1 is very convenient. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

The hotel was easy to find and easy to navigate to using public transport . For a solo traveler the room had enough space and had ample storage room. The room it self was decorated nice. But it was awfully dusty . The bedding was clean and comfy..When I arrived there were strands of hair on the floor . The bathroom was clean but the design makes no sense at all. When you shower the water goes splashes out it could have been better designed. The room provides basic amenities and no hand soap was given! Living in post covid times how can a hotel not provide hand soap?
The towels provided was of sub standard quality. They were worn and torn and most of the time had marks. Thankfully I always travel with my own towels.
The room would also get very damp inside the one day I returned to find the floor had condensation on it.
The hotel , really should not be asking for paying guests to be following their social media accounts to get complimentary daily coffee or for luggage storage. Question, what if you don’t use social media?
The hotel has a 3rd floor chill area but it wasn’t accessible with the room card. Why say there is one when one can’t access it?
The location is okay. Cleaning could be improved. For the price I paid it was okay.

Excellent location, very convenient access to MTR station (Jordan B2 exit).
Walk across the street on Jordan just outside the Kowloon Union Church (less than 150m from hotel), there is a bus stop that takes you directly to the airport (Bus A22).
Very close to all food/restaurant/shopping, plenty of convenient stores and pharmacies around the corner
Friendly receptionist especially the ladies on morning/day shift. Nighttime staff rarely acknowledge when you enter/exit the lobby.
Staff able to help with directions/time for airport bus.
Bedroom amenities:
Hotel is boutique style, retro feel. Good and clean presentation in lobby and restaurant.
Bedroom is small rooms but expected because of limited space and property value in Hong Kong.
(Double bed, with 2 single beds pushed together).
Very small desk with minimal work space.
Faster dryer, small safe (did not use), no refrigerator, one kettle and 2 drinking glasses but no coffee/tea sachets.
Small sink immediately upon entry and across from bathroom.
Not enough wall hooks or hangers.
Cool AC, comfortable beds, warm blankets.
Indoor shoes provided.
Mentioned before booking so is already aware of this:
Limited amenities provided - shampoo/conditioner, body gel, hair dryer, 1 floor towel, 2 bath towels.
No basic toiletries, no hand soap.
No housekeeping unless requested (we never use this service when we travel since we are very clean and organized).
Breakfast for purchase but hotel does provide free coffee/tea with bread (jam & butter) on weekdays only.
Cleanliness:
Duvet cover had some red stain.
Round dark stain on the carpet about the size of a dime (not sure if it is ketchup or blood).
Also found very fine strands of hair around the toilet and one used contact lens stuck behind sink faucet.
Bottom of the shower door does not have edge trim so water can seep out and wet the outside floor.
Some mold around the shower caulking and around the sinks.
Good water pressure and hot water, shower handle mount is loose.

Good location (Yau ma tei exit B2), many 7-11 branches around. Hotel provide luggage storage when early arrival and after check-out. Room is tiny but comfortable, air-conditioner work so well, great sound-proof wall, small bathroom. This room type has window but unable to open. The cleanliness is not that good as expected, allergy attack at day 1 but other days are okay. Overall good place to stay if luxury is not your first choice

The king room itself was actually pretty decent. I initially thought there wouldn't be enough space to open our suitcases, but it turned out to be fine; we could even open two of them comfortably. I was quite satisfied with the bathroom; it had good lighting, and the hygiene was excellent. The toilet was very clean, and the shower stall was also quite spacious.
The lobby and common areas felt very warm and inviting. In the evenings, many guests would gather there to socialize, dine, or even get some work done.

My current favorite stay in Hong Kong.
Great price and location.
Decor is still very modern with minor fixes around.
Got a minor upgrade from twin room to the bigger twin room.
Staff are very helpful, when I had boxes delivered over.
Has amenity kit like toothbrush and toothpaste that's not using plastics, which many hotels don't have.
Bed mattress is kinda hard, but I found it very comfortable in my 4 night stay.
I was hesitant on the shower being next to the toilet seat, but actually the circular shower curtain does the trick, not much water is spilled out.
Will return again for sure.

Located at the cross junction of Nathan and Jordan road, and Lobby is 2 steps away from Jordan MTR entrance, making it very convenient for travel. Stayed for a few nights and towels and dustbins were cleared daily for us. Although no water provided after the first day, there are 2 convenient stores just 10m away. Highly recommend for a convenient and budget stay!

You can store your luggage in the store. Although it's small, it has everything. The room is really not small at this price! Everything is easy to use! The boss and the boss's wife are very enthusiastic and careful. They told me very patiently how to use the room buttons and keys. They will also enthusiastically introduce the breakfast shop to us. The hotel is in good order as a whole. They must be a family who loves life.
There is hot water and boiled water in the corridor. The boss said that the cups are disinfected every day. I drank the hot water and there was no peculiar smell. The cups and kettles were clean.
The room is relatively clean as a whole, without peculiar smell or cockroaches. The toilet is also clean and looks relatively new. Toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo are provided, which are all easy to use.
There is enough space under the bed, and the space at the door can also unfold a large suitcase.

There are many food places downstairs, including ice houses and supper, Mixue Ice City, convenience stores, etc. The room is relatively spacious compared to other hotels. It is enough for two people. Downstairs is the main road. One direction leads directly to Mong Kok and the other direction leads directly to the Avenue of Stars and Victoria Harbour. If you come to Hong Kong for a romantic relationship, it is no problem to stay at his house. It is more suitable for singles or families! I booked it for more than 400 ¥, because the room is really not comparable to the rooms in the mainland, and it is similar to a guest house. Hahaha, there are tissues, conversion sockets, and slippers, but I bring all of them myself (sheets, toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, tissues, bath towels, etc. I bring them myself). The rooms are fairly clean, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. LLuca CalossoTiny hotel, tiny bedrooms, tiny beds, but location and cleanliness really compensate the discomfort of living in a room whihc is mostly suitable for a smurf rather than for a human being. Lots of nice small restaurants all around there, a few steps away from the hotel. However, if your are a big guy or if your height is 1.80 mt. or more, you may be really in trouble living there. However this is Hog Kong and the price you pay is really consistant with what you get. Nevertheless, we will be back there again in future.

GGuest UserThe twin room ,I was the bedsheets were not changed,you could smell the cigarettes smoke on pillow cases and there was hair on bed sheets. Other hostels they supply adapter in the rooms but this one don’t.The ceiling was leaking near the door.There is no hot water and I didn’t see the hair blower.The toilet doesn’t flash. No toothbrush just one drying towel. This hotel has good location nearby the MTR and some restaurants,banks etc. It also has a good window view.It does have tight security. The owner doesn’t respond fast to messages.
