Room generally clean and well furnished. The toilet ample space. Though the toilet seat cover took a while to keep it open. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided as dispenser in shower area. Clean bath and face towel. Water heater too. Drinkable water dispenser available at corridor. Swimming pool is sufficient for lap swim, jacuzzi-like or lazy tube. Towels provided at pool. Shuttle bus to Metroplaza available but need to reserve slot. Missing ”do not disturb” or ”do not do up” tag. Told staff not to do up room, yet return from shopping found room cleaned up. Though glad nothing was missing except threw away unused tooth floss. It was peak period so the staff tried to provide friendly service.

My partner and I came back to stay at the hotel two weeks in a row. The gentleman checking us in (Owais) upgraded us to a corner room with a jaw-dropping view. We ended up booking an additional night because of this wonderful gesture. The bathroom was the best bathroom I’d ever been in. Loved that we had a view while taking a shower! Shout out to the housekeeping as well for noticing that we were drank a lot of water and bringing us extra complimentary cans of water while we were out! We had such a good time in the hotel and will definitely be back.

We’re back for holiday at Panda Hotel! The pool was a highlight—sparkling clean, comfortable sun beds, and perfect for relaxing under the sun. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special thanks to the reception manager, Eddie, who followed up a minor room issue professionally. Every team member, Herman and Kobe, we encountered was warm and friendly. I would highly recommend Panda to others and would definitely stay here again!

I am impressed with the service provided by all the staff at this hotel. I feel the attentiveness and willingness to provide good service. The overall atmosphere of the hotel looks clean and very pleasant to stay in. I hope that in the future I will have the opportunity to use this service again. Pros are convenient access to transportation MTR, bus stand and cleanliness of room…. Cons are, a super tiny room, congested washroom and they don’t even provide drinking water for guests, I mean that really unethical that you provide drinking water with charges🤨

My family enjoyed our stay at Royal View hotel. The bed is super comfortable and the view is amazing. The hotel.is clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus service is brilliant. We will come back next time.

We really loved our stay at Grand Bay View Hotel — the views were stunning and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our trip. However, the only downside was that the staff felt mostly absent during our stay, which made it a bit hard to get support when needed. Overall, still a great spot if you're looking for a peaceful and scenic escape.

This is very convenient and closely hotel, very nice receptionist, I was carry lots of stuffs and she help me hold the lift The hotel location which very close to the Kwai Fung MTR train station, also they do lots of street food there.

It was a comfortable stay for a 1-night overnight stay at Noah's Ark. Nice open outdoor patio with table and chairs. Room was clean, but water runs off easily from shower onto the bathroom floor. Travelled with 2 kids (6 and 3 year old) - a bit of a walk from the public bus drop-off (the security guard at the gate close to the beach/restaurants told us to walk around to the main entrance). Not many food options available at the park, needed to walk out to the restaurants at the beach for lunch and dinner.

The family room can accommodate multiple people. There are 5 of us and 6 beds. There are 2-3 toilets and bathrooms each. The area is large. You can take the bus from Tsuen Wan and Tsing Yi to the subway to various places. There is an airport bus directly to the airport. There are almost no cars to take orders when taking taxis using the app. It is understood that Ma Wan is a restricted area and only red taxis and buses can enter (environmental protection issues). I used the app to take a taxi to Ma Wan (private car) in the city. The driver said that when I got on the car, I saw the destination and said that it was a restricted area and could only drop us off in the area before entering Ma Wan. In the end, I could only get off at Exit C of Tsing Yi MTR and take 331 to Kei Hui Primary School.
