The location was convenient and easy to access. The room was cleaned during our stay, but the service was quite average. We stayed for four days, our towels were not changed at all, which was a bit disappointing. However, the water pressure in the shower was strong and very comfortable. The hotel also allowed us to store our luggage, which was helpful.

Located within Mongkok bustling areas, easy access to eatery and shopping areas. Only let down is sound proof (early morning can heard next door guests chatting in hallway) and no bottle water provided in the room.

It was hard for me to find the place, although I tried to follow the gmap. The hotel is so clean, it's spacious for me since I was the only one occupying the room, and I got the double bed. They provide the shampoo, soap and clean towels, there's also an electric kettle and the hair dryer. They collect garbage so just expect them to knock your door. Air-condition is working well and the there's a TV infront of the bed once you're bored. The wifi is also fast. The hotel is just walking distance from the MTR station and different restaurants. The location is very convenient. The room price per night is also reasonable. Will surely book again once I go back to hk

Honestly the worst & dirtiest place ever! 15th Floor Rm 7, so dirty that you can see and smell mold and fungus every where, plus 2 kinds of bugs here and there, seriously sooo dirty!!!! Staff attitude on the phone is bad too. One word for everything here: DISGUSTING! 很脏，很恶心的地方。 到处是灰尘，霉菌，还有小虫子到处爬。 诚恳的警告各位在乎卫生的旅客！ I booked at a last minute in hurry, SO REGRET. 选这里，1000％会后悔。

The room that we got was much bigger than we expected, but still Hong Kong-style. The bathroom was super small. When you take a shower, everything gets wet. The wi-fi was useless. The bed was ok. The room was clean. They provide adaptors. For one night, it is ok. It is super close to an A21 bus station (airport bus). Check-in review: When you enter the building, there are multiple hotels located within one building. Find the sign with the hotel’s name and the floor number. When you reach the hotel door, there is a cable phone, and you need to call the host, who will then show you to your room.

Guesthouse is tucked in a little corner at level 23 of the building. The escalator also serves a club(?) at level 6 and 7. The unit was cut into several smaller rooms, and it was small (as expected) and clean. They provide shampoo and body wash. As a female solo traveller it was a bit intimidating going up and down the lift (was harassed by a drunk in the lift on the first night 🥲) and walking down the cigarette smoke-smelling corridor. Walls were thin and I could hear the other guest crying(???). The building probably was also shared by other residential tenants. the location was great! Near to Mongkok MTR and A21 airport bus is just slightly down the road.

The hotel room is compact but clean. It is ideal for small groups who are looking for budget hotel. The location is great because it is very near the ladies market and sneakers street.. However, the hotel building itself is already old but for a practical travellers who will not be staying at the hotel for a long time, this is a good deal. There are available collapsible dipper and adaptor which is usuallt a concern for travellers in HK.

We had a 3 night stay at Anita's Guest House and it was a comfortable stay. Quite, relaxed and the most important thing was sparkling clean. The room was a bit small but it's just right for the 3 of us. It is close to the bus and MTR station. Sneaker's street and Ladies Market just down block. We will definitely book again at this place. 5 STAR from us!!!

Location is the highlight of this property. Super popular area with tons of places to buy and eat. Rooms are tiny but can't expect more from HK. Kind owner.

A very cozy room. The bathroom could be a bit squishy if you're a bigger person. Reception staff were all very friendly and helpful
