I like this accommodation because its very near food stalls, shopping center and bus station. Everything is within reach. Its budget friendly but irs very clean. This is ideal for travellers on.budget.

Excellent place. Closed to MTR, and all the locations. Will come again.

Location is the highlight of this property. Super popular area with tons of places to buy and eat. Rooms are tiny but can't expect more from HK. Kind owner.

A very cozy room. The bathroom could be a bit squishy if you're a bigger person. Reception staff were all very friendly and helpful

If you don’t mind the room space, this hotel is for you. Clean an very compact. Basically the rooms is for you to take a sleep and be on the road the next day.

The only downside is there toilet bowl. It’s quite old and leaking. The location is not hard to find.

Everything is good here, very clean, would book again next time!

Our 2nd accommodation during our 4 days stay in HK. Rooms are daily maintained compared to the previous one we got. Given the language barrier, I always had to use google translate to ask her questions but the sweet lady tries her best to accommodate any question we have. They would clean your room without notice so if this is not your preference make sure you inform them so they won't budge in specially if you leave valuable stuff. For us, we did not mind. Hot water, not a problem. Location, tons of stores outside the building including a convenience store at the Ground Floor so late night purchases should not be a problem. SInce we left the previous accommodation prior check out date due to our early trip to Macau, we asked if we can just leave our luggages early (10AM prior to 2PM check in time) and she immediately gave us a room! I think this is ok for them specially if there is a vacant room available.

Amazing

Small room, suitable for those who mainly want to travel, not a large accommodation. The room has a kettle, hair dryer, and a variety of plug-in toothbrushes. There are shampoo, shower gel, and towels. The bathroom is small but can take a shower just right. Convenient transportation, can walk from Mongkok or Yau Ma Tei stations, easy to see the entrance to the building. There is cheap drinking water for sale in the accommodation. You can call the accommodation from the phone in front of the room. There was a problem with the hot water. At first, it was not warm, so I called the staff, who came to check it out quickly and helped solve the problem well. The staff recommended that I wait until there were fewer users for the water to warm up. Later, I waited until there were fewer users and was able to use the hot water as the staff recommended. The staff came to collect the trash every day and cleaned the room. The staff provided good service and were helpful.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and polite, with a good attitude. He smiled and patiently told us the precautions step by step. This step is much better than a certain hotel. The hygiene is better, very clean, the windows are very soundproof, and I slept very well. The bathroom is a little shabby, but the price is already very good, the cost performance is very high, I will still book this hotel next time.

On the 23rd floor of Xinxing Building, it has been remodeled to be compact, clean and sanitary. Friendly service and convenient location. It is 1-200 meters away from the A21 bus stop at the airport and also very close to the subway. Various restaurants, snacks and shopping malls are nearby, which are great for shopping and eating! 

The room is clean, the location is good, convenient for traveling, easy to find food, the price is not expensive.

The ladies at the front desk were very warm and friendly, and the unfamiliarity of arriving in Hong Kong was swept away. At this price, the space, environment, service, and hygiene are pretty good. You can even have a bird's eye view of the streets of Mong Kok. I am very satisfied. The building itself is a bit old, but this is inevitable. Overall, I am very satisfied.
