Very very bad experience The hotel room is very humid; wall is wet my pillow is wet Even they got changed the pillow bag, the humidity made the new one wet again Talked with the staff for a dehumidifier and failed The shelf is too wet which it was no longer in its orginal shape

I asked for room cleaning, but when I back to the hotel at night, the bed sheets and the cups on the table were not cleared, and the coffee and tea were not replenished. They only tidied the room trash can and the toilet trash can. This is the first time I stayed in a hotel the cleaning was so poor.

There is no reason to stay in this hotel except for the fact that it is the only accommodation available in Kowloon Bay, meaning if you have early business meetings in this area you don't have a choice. The nearest MTR station is 10-15 mins walk, and unless you're prepared to walk that far, all restos nearby close after 6pm, including the in-house resto. The hotel policies - deposit, cleaning etc. - are very inconsistent, and they largely depend on the mood of the front desk personnel. A special mention has to go to a middle-aged man at the front desk who obviously has no idea what hospitality means and treats guests very rudely and sarcastically, even accusing guests of 'yelling' at him at one point. The rooms are hit-and-miss. Sometimes they are basic but decent; other times they are plain bad, with broken sockets and peeling walls and squeaky mattresses. There was never really a great one though. Credits have to go to the cleaning staff though for always keeping the toilets clean.

Apart from 20 minutes walk from Mass Transit Rail station, it was unexpectedly good. The bed was very comfortable The spacious quiet room was protected by a hard wood door. The Nano Air Purifier was excellent.

Upgraded to a larger room and it’s very spacious. The room is clean, bed is soft and comfortable. Price is very affordable. $500 HKD deposit is required. It’s quite near to the newly opened Kai Tak Sports Ground, definitely consider it if ur attending one of the events there!

Honest Review: Disappointing Stay with Poor Service Our family recently stayed at this hotel in Hong Kong, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The location is average—about a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, which is manageable but not the most convenient. The biggest downside was the staff, especially the front desk receptionist with bangs. She was unfriendly, unaccommodating, and even had bad breath, making interactions unpleasant. Worse, she threatened that we would be liable if government authorities checked and penalized us due to their supposed “2-person policy.” This was extremely frustrating because I had confirmed before booking that three people could stay in the room without extra charges. The room was clean upon arrival, but housekeeping was not done daily, and the carpet had noticeable stains. There was no complimentary water—you had to go down to the lobby to get it yourself. Another inconvenience was that housekeeping services were not available 24/7. The only redeeming factor was the strong water pressure in the shower, which was much appreciated after long days out. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor service, misleading policies, and lack of basic amenities. There are definitely better options in Hong Kong for a more comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Nice environment. But there are few options to buy daily goods. If there are more convinient stores will be better.

Need to pay deposit by cash and credit card only, but not Alipay and WeChat pay. Not convenient.

I recently stayed at Camlux, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient as I work nearby.
