This hotel is scam, be careful.

Experienced travelers to hK all know economical/ affordable accommodation are all located in these kinds of historical building (with lifts), because we are mostly located in prime area, cheap hotels usually located far from city centres. Everyone has a choice and please don’t ridicule others who chose here. Our building is chosen to be filmed for many HK movies if you search online. i believe travelers coming to hk not only expects new buildings (many places have), but also it’s sophistication and its inclusiveness.

I had a really nice stay. The room was spotless and very well-maintained, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable. Everything was clean and organized, and I appreciated the attention to detail. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing customer service and the price is cheap and nearest the tourist spot and train station.

Honestly wasn’t expecting much for this price, but how trashy the room was just blew me away. It said shared bathroom for a single room and I was fine with it, but when I arrived there, the room looked nothing like the photos? Like, surely that’s catfishing. Photos of the room depicted a single bed, but when I arrived there, all I got was a bunk bed? With a suitcase and plenty of trash on the second bunk? The shared bathroom also had rust and dirt everywhere. If you have a bit more money to spare, please don’t go here, it’s not rlly worth it, even if for it’s price/location.

Terrible Experience – it feels like a scam I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The photos of the rooms with shared bathrooms look nothing like what is advertised online. This is blatant false advertising. These rooms are filthy, with a strong unpleasant smell. It's obvious that the only thing cleaned are the bed sheets; the rest of the room is untouched. The air conditioning leaked constantly, making the room even more uncomfortable. When we approached the reception to explain that the room looked nothing like the pictures, the man at the desk tried to turn the issue back on us. He said that small rooms are just the norm in Hong Kong, "and we aren't used to that". Let me be clear – the size of the room is not the problem. We camp and we are used to low-budget accommodations. We don't need big rooms or luxury. The real issue here is the false advertising and the complete lack of cleanliness, but the receptionist refused to acknowledge that. In the end, we had to pay extra to upgrade to a better room. On the day of checkout (which is at 11 AM), the cleaning lady knocked on our door at 10:40, asking to check-out. We told her we were getting ready to go, but once the door was closed, she shouted "15 minutes!" I've never experienced such a scam and poor treatment at a hotel before. Save yourself the trouble and pick one of the many other options in Hong Kong. This place is not worth it.

Dishonest owner. 1) They won’t update SINGLE ROOM to SINGLE ROOM WITH SHARED BATHROOM on their booking site. 2) once you reached there, they’ll ask to upgrade your room with shared bathroom to room with bathroom attached. And you can only pay cash for it. 3) Some travellers received so called ‘free’ upgrade when I asked, solely because they complained about the hostel’s indirect scam game. This is the worst, extremely dishonest.

They scam you the minute you check in. The receptionist charged me for extra money as he said to improve my room and give me better one. And asked me to record a video recommending the place for other customers.

I didn’t expect much even i was bit worried after booking hotel i checked reviews and it seemed negative. When i arrived it was actually better than I expected. You can keep your luggage for free. Owner sort of upgraded my room from shared bathroom to private bath room. I am very delighted to accept. Room is confined and small, but that is expected in this area also with this budget. I am happy that I received good value.
