Just only one thing that I give 5 stars is location, nearly MTR

Budget hotel for family located that very close to Yau Ma Tei station but the cleanliness is very low

Dirty air ducts, price is rather high for such quality room

Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. This level of service truly made a positive impression. However, I would like to bring to your attention an area that I believe needs improvement — cleanliness. Unfortunately, I noticed that [mention specific issue, e.g., the restroom was not clean, the floor was dusty, the linen had stains, etc.], which did affect the overall comfort of my visit. I believe that with your high standard of service, improving cleanliness would elevate the entire experience to an exceptional level. M1 hotel very close to 油麻地 MRT and many dilicious food there, they give me free early check-in, and have a very good night sleep, thanks!

Soon as i entered the hotel room, i was about to faint, beds is very small dirty, no heater for a room. No soap( you need to buy), no toothpaste and toothbrush. Small TV like never seen before, dirty blankets with hair seems didn’t wash.🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 I don’t recommend this hotel at all cost.

Close to metro

This is probably the worse one I stayed.  The room is dirty and supposed to have a decoration.  Staffs are cold and detached towards customers.  Never coming back.

No reclening room use same room n same towel like yesterday if other hotel they will cleaning room everyday

The location was excellent, was just around the corner of the MTR station. During check-in the staff was kinda rude. Also the hotel only cleans your room after 4 nights of staying for free. If you want to have it cleaned earlier, an additional fee will be charged.

Really disappointed and I am so sick of the hygiene problem of this hotel. As an agent in hotel industry I do understand some times the specific room category could be fully booked, thus I accepted the deal of upgrading room and paid $160 + 10$ (shampoo and toiletries) since no double bed available at last room category. However, I found a huge cockroach just inside the so called ‘deluxe room', and the staff just told me this is normal in Hong Kong during the summer season, and the room cannot be changed even though there is hygiene issues. On the other hand, during the morning there was one housekeeping staff playing her mobile with hella noisy music in the corridor, forcing me went out and asked her to turn down the music. I do wanna mention I seldom post negative feedback to hotel cuz I understand being a hotel agent is never a easy job, I tried to be understandable but this time it really pissed me off

Its the worst in terms of cleanliness. Dust on the lamp shade, dust on the side table and dust at the back of the tv. We stayed for 6 days, most of the staff looks jaded at their job.

I recently stayed at the M1 Hotel in Yau Ma Tei and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Despite booking my room well in advance to avoid any surprises, I arrived late at night to find that my room was not what I had requested. After a long journey, the last thing I wanted was to deal with room issues, yet that's exactly what happened. To make matters worse, the shower drain was clogged, making the bathroom unusable. After a long day of travel, I was looking forward to a relaxing shower, but instead, I had to deal with water pooling on the bathroom floor. It was frustrating and inconvenient, especially late at night when all I wanted to do was rest. I chose the M1 Hotel for its convenient location and promising amenities, but these issues overshadowed any positives. I hoped for a smooth and pleasant stay, but the problems with the room and bathroom made it difficult to enjoy my time there. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues for future guests, but sadly, my experience at the M1 Hotel was far from what I expected or hoped for.
