Lovely building, but the service was well below standard. Staff were disengaged, slow to respond, and lacked basic attention to detail. For a hotel of this calibre, you’d expect far more professionalism and warmth. Sadly, style over substance.

Stayed at Sheraton Hong Kong with a harbour view room — the view had potential, but unfortunately the window was a bit foggy and not very clear, which took away from the full experience. Room itself was clean and comfortable, and the location in Tsim Sha Tsui is super convenient. Decent stay overall, but would’ve loved a clearer view given the premium.

The location, the view and the hotel is super ideal. My first time to Hong Kong and I love the area. It was very convenient and easy to find. Room was very comfortable too. Cleanliness is abit lacking as they do not clean the floors of the room daily. Otherwise it is a great hotel.

Choose the room with nice view so that we can see amazing sea. Not so big but comfortable

Location is great! Closer to metro, already in the center. Service overall is great! However, we had a slight problem in concierge. She was slightly tired of answering the questions and explaining how we can get to Tian Tan Buddha. It happened only once, the other staff was friendly.

Great location.  I was celebrating my girlfriend birthday. They cannot provide lighter or matches for my birthday cake.

Location is really excellent, not too far from MTR, room so clean, staff so nice but in my opinion restaurant is too small, I have to wait for having breakfast around 20 mins.
