Please ignore my previous review. The first time I stayed all was fine. This time it was not. Housekeeping staff walked in on me in the room while I was naked. A complete violation. The staff were rude when told of this problem. Only offering sorry our mistake. Avoid this hotel unless you want your privacy violated and staff not to care. I was unwell during the last night of my stay when this happened otherwise I would have left immediately

Spacious room, location good near bus stops, 12 mins walk to MTR Mongkok. Free shuttle to Shanghai street shopping area.

This hotel is a little far from the metro but there is a free bus every hour to take you to Mong Kok. It has an outdoor pool which adds major points for me

Great location, near shopping mall, restaurants and bakery. Spacious and comfortable room, very friendly staff that speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Highly recommended for travelers visiting Hong Kong.

Repeated stay. The key attraction is its location. Being close to MTR stations and Nathan Road, where I enjoy the vibes. Foods are also within easy access. The hourly shuttle bus to MongKok station is also a plus. Thus, travelling to the airport is easy, taking only an hour door-to-door (including express check-out)

I have being trying hotel all around Hong Kong… so far this place caught my heart … super nice place huge room nice swimming pool and gym.. super cool place

The place was clean (hotel, room). Breakfast was very nice and delicious. Would suggest maybe a different variety every other day. It cost 100HKD per pax which was not bad. Pool was closed. Understandably , the season was also cold for outdoor swimming. The gym was really nice as my father described. Overall, my family and I had a good stay and good rest in this hotel. Highly recommend to other travellers.

This hotel is in major need of renovation. The lobby is nice, but the rooms are very dated, the carpet stained and musty, the floor has some odd dips and valleys, like it's had water damage, the ac barely kept the room at below 27C and turned off in the middle of the night randomly, and they charge for drinking water. We checked in late and were beat from a full day of travel, so we passed out as best we could and didn't bother complaining so late at night. The location is good and the checkin staff were fast and friendly but we don't recommend this place and would not stay again.

Hotel location is good, close to local amenities. Room is clean, quite spacious compared to other hotels in HK. It’s just that service at lobby is meh.

It was a short stay. We only stayed for 1 night after landing in HK. Clean rooms and nice staff!

Old but clean hotel, not a lot of amenities due to local environmental guidelines but good shower pressure. Helpful housekeeping staff who surprisingly made up our rooms when we're away, and would even ask if we need any daily tidying even if we didn't require it. Thank you again!

The room is big enough, but no luggage stand.

We have previously stayed at this Hotel but we found that this time it wasn’t quite the same. Housekeeping was slow and there was also a language barrier that didn’t help. We won’t stay there again as we found that its just to far away from everything other than Ladies Markets
