The room is tidy and comfortable, with its reasonable price, this hotel is highly recommended.

It is one of the worst hotel I stayed at in Hong Kong. For $1000/ night and not at a main tourist area, it is unbelievable. We booked the theme room which is kids friendly but they gave us a room full of mold. We weren’t able to get a refund and got a very bad cough after staying for just one night. Do not book this hotel and pay for their breakfast. It is not worth it. You can get a real hotel for $1000 in that area not a motel that pretend to be a 4 stars hotel.

This was my second stay at the hotel. During my first visit, I was given the Penguin Room, which was adorable and much appreciated by both myself and my mum. Unfortunately, this time I was assigned the Greece-themed room, and the experience was not as pleasant. The room felt even more dated than the Penguin Room. The toilet flushing system was weak, requiring several flushes to clear waste and toilet paper, which was quite inconvenient. The wash basin also drained very slowly, and the sink area easily flooded with normal use. These plumbing issues definitely need attention. The view from the room was poor, facing directly into the building next door — which meant I couldn’t open the curtains at all for privacy reasons. The desk was also just as shaky as in the previous room — it really feels like it's about to collapse anytime, and should be replaced as soon as possible. Sadly, this room gave off more of a 3-star hostel vibe rather than a proper hotel experience. The hotel really needs to invest in renovations and maintenance if it wants to meet the expectations of returning guests

The hotel is conveniently located near the MTR station and is easy to find with helpful staff. The shared areas seemed recently renovated and well maintained. Although I was surprised by the decoration which was focused on a small cartoon penguin even inside the room. Whilst the shared areas seemed well maintained, the room itself was not clean. I have never before really give much thought to a room’s cleanliness but the carpet was disgusting and stained to the point where I didn’t feel comfortable standing on it.

Hotel location is good and quite close to MTR station . There are many shops and restaurants around and you can go shopping easily . Hotel room is clean and comfortable .

Sometimes I can get the bigger room if I stay 1 night but when I book to stay 2 nights, I get small room.

Stayed bij Cozi resort Tuenmun for 10 nights; 16 June till 26 June 2025, hotel room is bit small but clean and the cleaning ladies were very nice and polite. Locatie of the hotel is convenient to get around. Got an early morning flight after check out, the front desk lady was very helpful to get a taxi, taxi arrvied at the hotel within minutes. The ride from the hotel to the airport costs less than HKD 150.

Don’t expect luxury, but if you need a no-frills place to sleep, it’s acceptable. Fine for a short stay, but nothing memorable.

The hotel is close to Tuen Mun Station, the location is very convenient with excellent accessibility and nearby facilities. The price is truly worth it. Upon check-in, the hotel even upgraded our room for free, which was a delightful surprise!

We like the hotel it is very clean,but we just don’t like that we cannot use sa swimming pool they didn’t inform not even in trip they didn’t put that the swimming pool is under maintenance and also the smart tv we cannot use YouTube

Hotel Cozi gave us cute hotel room since I am traveling with my daughter and that’s a plus for me. 😊❤️ you can leave your luggage safely near the reception so no need to worry about carrying jt all around the city. The room was nice and clean and the staffs are also helpful. The hotel location is right beside the exit A- tuen mun station so you will find it right away. Recommended 😊😊😊

Easy access location, walking distance to many things. Rooms could use more cleaning tho

Great hotel for the price if you don't mind that it's far from the Hong Kong main city.
