Horrible. STAY AWAY from this whatever it is. It is not a hotel or inn, not even motel or guesthouse. It is in the Chungking building which is most dangerous place in Hong Kong. Bunch of Indians trying to sell something, following you. I couldn’t find the entrance because there is nothing like entrance. Just taking outdated elevator throughout its contact. There is over 6 hotel addresses on a same floor. Towel and bedsheets were hanging in next to the elevator. Reception were sleeping on the floor right next to the Checkin desk. There is many penalties which is not indicated in the booking in advance. Horrible and stay away!

Just checked out of this guest house and must share this awful accommodation experience to prevent other travelers from making the same mistake. Terrible service attitude On the first day during check-in, the front desk receptionist was extremely cold and showed zero basic service etiquette. The booking website clearly stated the room size as 8 square meters, but they actually gave me a room only 6 square meters! When I pointed out this issue, they reluctantly moved me to the correct-sized room. This deceptive practice toward guests is absolutely infuriating. Extremely poor soundproofing The room was actually located within the same unit as the reception area! Whenever guests checked in or out, the talking, luggage dragging sounds - there was absolutely no concept of private space. Concerning hygiene conditions The toilet overflowed with sewage every time after flushing - extremely unsanitary! Every time I used the toilet, I had to carefully avoid stepping in the sewage - absolutely disgusting. Outdated and deteriorating facilities There was a small refrigerator in the room, but it was completely rusted beyond belief - I wouldn’t dare put any food in it. Continuing to use such deteriorated electrical equipment shows complete disregard for guests’ health and safety. Summary Absolutely NOT recommended! 🚫

the staff is very kind and helpful specially MR ash and the room is very neat and clean. the guest house is recommended to the other person.

The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and not far from tourist attractions.

Had a pleasant time while staying there. Neat and tidy place. Staff members so lovely and helpful. Close to all the amenities.

The location here is okay, there are many shops nearby, and the transportation is convenient. But the room was very small, the bathroom was right next to the bed, and there was no liquid soap. The TV couldn't be turned on, and the facilities were very poor.
