Hotel location are nice, closed to all attraction, easy to get food

Good location, exit from K11 mall B1/2 and walk to the hotel. There was a few exit also can access to the hotel too. One good thing is 7-11 is just next to the hotel. Walking distance to take bus A21 to airport. Also can walk to the famous Ave of Stars

Very convenient. Restaurants everywhere. Near to subway station. Clean. Good and kind staff. Checkin was very smooth. With 500hkd deposit

Poor staff. Thai own but no Thai alike service. Unfriendly staff, no english and not willing to answer or helping with anything. The room is very small and humid.

Soravit Granville offers an excellent location and clean rooms, but the overall experience is fairly basic.

Overall nice experience, except that there was electricity outage, but assuming that it was In the whole area. The hotel staff was very friendly, they allowed me to check in without a deposit ( because my card wasn’t working) and also landed me a plug adapter. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. ☺️ Would stay again ❤️

Valued to stay in this hotel. Great location and excellent customer service. Stay in this hotel couple times before.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, the amount of documents he needed to fill out during check-in was huge, which made check-in very long. Other hk hotels can do it much faster. The rooms on the top floor smell of mold. The air conditioning was already on we, kept it on all the time, but this did not solve unhealthy mold problem.
