Location is very convenient to Temple Market and Metro stations.

I booked 2 rooms, basic double and triple family. Pro- near Kowloon West /Austin station if heading to Mainland China, 2 block walk with luggage. Great and responsive hotel manager Mr.Chan. Basic double without windiw adequate A/C and rreat value at t2 usd. Cons- poor wifi. For the triple family room - tge shower drainage clogged and flooded unit and hall.; and inadequate air conditioning unit for large room. Called at 10:45 p no answer in semi emergency.

I had a really wonderful stay here. The friendliest host, and so smiley. We used google translate to work around our language barrier when needed. The room had everything I needed, was very quiet and clean. It’s perfect for a traveller exploring the city. Location is super central, with plenty to explore. Although I only stayed for one night, I wouldn’t hesitate to return for a longer stay. Thank you! 🙏💛

It's surprising they don't have a sign up anywhere on the 12th floor. You have to go right up to the door in the corner to see any sign that this room is the guesthouse. Strange.
