Right beside the new Kaitak stadium. In between Song Wong Toi and Kaitak station. A little further in, so about 10-15minutes walk from either side of the station. There are shuttles provided from Airside to the hotel, but every half an hour schedule. Swimming pool and indoor gyms all included, very new facilities, and nice environment. Rooms are relatively big compared to the hotel rooms in touristy spots. Only things I wanted to complain about were the central air conditioner and the pillows. The AC was too loud too noisy, rattling engine parts noises at night. The pillows were too soft, and flattens easily when used. Mum and I weren’t able to get some proper sleep due to the loud noises from the AC. The rooms sound proof was a little low as well, could literally hear next door’s television playing. Other than the above everything was very nice. The hall way provided water machine and ice dispenser, very environmental friendly.

Dorsett Kai Tat is conveniently located right next to Kai Tat Stadium, making it an ideal choice for concertgoers. The hotel even offers a private route directly to the stadium for guests. I’ll definitely choose to stay here again when attending events at the stadium. The hotel room is clean, but amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton pads, comb, and shower cap are not provided due to environmental policies. Guests are advised to bring their own essentials.

One particular lady at the reception has major attitude issue. I asked for a simple gesture but ended up asking her to call a manager then it was resolved. Pros: 1.New hotel 2.Ok location 3.Shuttle to mtr every 30 minute/ however on return to hotel route we couldnt find the bus even though we were on time. 4.Breakfast is decent but once its 10:30am they literally take everything away including coffee mugs lol. So get there early i guess. Cons: 1. The employees seemed to have a little attitude problem maybe this is a hong kong thing? For example you cant even leave your baby cart for 30 seconds in common area or else they will find you and require you to put it in a “designated” area even though its literally not in anyones way lol. Nice, new hotel in the Kai Tak stadium complex. It was a challenge getting to the Kai Tak malls (either lots of stairs or a maze on street level) but there is a shuttle bus to Airside mall (near MTR) that is very convenient. Biggest gripe was the “greenwashing”, I.e. a hotel policy that benefits their bottom line but is marketed as saving the earth. Absolutely through the roof here. You actually have to request to have your room cleaned by putting out a sign before 10am each morning. Pictures below of other cringeworthy greenwashing.

Like the amenities are Elemis branded. However, there is no bathrobes, and I don’t like the shower area is without wall/ a platform. The water is easily spilled all over the toilet.

Clean and spacious. Very close to the stadium. Friendly staff.

Overall the hotel is grand, clean and luxury. Staff is friendly, breakfast buffet is great. The bar view and staff is great and friendly, got recommended on the drinks. Got shuttle to AIRSIDE, easy yo access Would come to stay again

This hotel is fantastic! The service, food, and amenities all exceeded my expectations. While the location in Kaitak is not ideal due to ongoing rapid development, I can't rate it any higher for now. The shuttle bus is an amazing touch as the area improves over time. I look forward to seeing how things change in the future. All in all, I will visit again.

The interior decoration of room is well thought, especially for the charging hubs, temperature control is well designed. Hotel shuttle is a good arrangement however the driver is exceptionally rude and unprofessional, speeding for multiple times in a 5 minute journey and talk about other customers behind their back over walkie talkies.

Great view just next to the stadium. Location was nice. There are shuttle bus runs every 30 min. Hygiene was fair. The bedsheet was stained. Staff are helpful in replacing it on request.

Overall stay 9 days is awesome, comfort and relax. Staff all are spontaneous and went extra miles. The only downside is the location, has to walk about 15 mins from Song Wong Toi. Hope the shuttle bus can increase the frequency.

Need to improve areas : 1. The fringe is not cold enough. That is due to the closed enviornment inside the wooden cabinet leading to very hot temperature. Therefore, the fringe cannot operate in good condition. I have to open the cabinet and release the heat such that the fringe can make drinks cooler. 2. Not enough hook at wall. Simple, you can add two more. 3. Pillow better provide 4 instead of 2, as too soft and flat. 4. Environmental friendly driven, is good and appreciated.

Very nice view of the great stadium

Amazing! Locations, cleanliness, and the night view were just great. But there weren't toothbrushes for the amenities. It was only a disappointment for me.
