Families are welcome, groups of college students are advised to look elsewhere. This loft offers a panoramic view of the mountains and surrounding areas. This unique location is above retail space, in walking distance to Grocery store, Starbucks and many restaurants. Completely furnished, minutes to Buckley Air Force Base and CU Medical Center. If you are in the mood for a day trip to the mountains, the loft is 50 minutes to Blackhawk Casino and 1.5 hours to Loveland Ski Resort. 30 minute drive to Pepsi Center where you can catch an NBA or NHL game.Key Residence Features:-Amenities include fully equipped kitchen with new appliances coffee maker, quartz counter tops, washer/dryer, TV and a large outdoor balcony space.
