The room was clean and the staff was extremely professional. I have already recommended this hotel to our friends. The location is only one block from the boardwalk and beach!

THe manager must have realized at 71, my exasperation with traveling showed. He moved me into a ground floor unit. It was not a unit but an APARTMENT. A small porch, yard area with chaise lounge, a 500 foot walk to the boardwalk and beach. A kitchenette (long stay, bring some utensils) which was clean and tidy. Smart thinking, left the refrigerator door open (mildew stopped). Mattress GREAT. Nice breakfast, ample. Would I go again - - - oh yes! They own several buildings in a cluster, so pool swimming is shared. Atlantic was a tad brisk yet as I was just in from Jamaica where it warm. Great place for reading. Older crowd of 40+++ with a few twinks and tweens They have a small convenient store but I would strongly recommend that you stop at one of the large stores (WinDixie or WM) off the freeway and load up IF you are getting a kitchennete with your reservation. Might pick up or bring along a kettle, frying pan and whatever else you will need. Listen, don't complain about utensils. I have had rentals and guests would take the flooring if they could I had one guy take a toilet seat. Go figure. Enjoy. The beach is very close and 500 feet may not give you a front line view but it gives you peace and quiet because the walkway and beach and become quite noisey. Sorry no photos. OH, please realize that their rates are very reasonable. Want a view? Plan an extra $120 USD for it as well. Spend that saved on dinner and an extra day here.

El PEOR lugar para hospedarse. Front desk es pésimo, hice check in y me dieron una habitación equivocada, tuve que regresar a la recepción que es lejos, luego me entregaron una llave que no funcionaba, tuve que regresar por la llave otra vez. Al entrar a la habitación no había toallas, sabanas, ningún implemento de cocina , tuve que ir OTRA VEZ al front desk, me entregaron una caja con dos vasos, dos tazas, un plato y un par de cubiertos y la reserva fue para una habitación de 4 personas. Path la recepcionista fue muy desagradable en todo momento, de mala forma me comentó que esa información (solicitud de implementos de cocina) estaba pegada en la habitación y eso no es cierto, no había nada solo estaba la cama tendida. El recepcionista que realizó mi check in , me dio una habitación equivocada, una llave en mal estado y ninguna disculpa al respecto, le dio exactamente lo mismo. El trato al huésped en este hotel es PÉSIMO, no lo recomiendo en absoluto, busquen otro lugar para hospedarse este el lugar no vale la pena. Limpieza del baño, pésimo. Había pelos por todas partes, arena de los antiguos huéspedes. El chico de Mantencion y la encargada del desayuno fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron con nuestras dudas. (Un 10 para ellos ) José el recepcionista, al momento de hacer LATE CHECK OUT, procedió con el pago rápidamente y no me entrego ni informó sobre una NUEVA LLAVE que debía tener para poder entrar, luego de un rato regresé de emergencia para entrar a mi habitación y estaba bloqueada, OTRA VEZ tuve que ir a la recepción para solucionar esto y JOSÉ de mala manera dice “ tu te fuiste ya no es mi problema “ El servicio de recepcionistas es lo peor que existe, trabajo en hoteleria y jamás atendería así a mis huéspedes, aquí no hay cariño ni profesionalismo. No te informan nada, las personas debemos adivinar cómo es la logística de este hotel. Calificación 1, no volvería a este lugar ni aunque fuera gratis. Mi estadía comenzó el día 20/junio hasta 24/Junio. Habitación número 17.

the staff from the morning and night team displays great hospitality and professionalism! the location is great near major highways and plenty of restaurants and less than 15 minutes to the beach. The only downside is the pool area has not been opened since reopening of businesses and beaches. Overall price and cleanliness is up to par!

My son and I needed a beach break - we did a long weekend and wished we could stay longer. The location is so nice! We liked the two beds and part wall in between. The Queen is close to bathroom and the Kind Oceanside with an amazing view!! I loved watching the sunrise! We were on the top floor so could see the ocean well. On Saturday only nights you do hear Nicks music until 2-3 am. Bring ear plugs for that night only. if you need complete darkness bring eye mask as the frosted glass does not keep out the patio lights but I managed to sleep. The Queen side bed did not hear music or bother by lights. Otherwise enjoying a kitchen and having coffee in am watching the sunrise was priceless! And the food at Nicks is really good plus they make mojotos!! The beach is so close that you can go back and forth and go to the bathroom or make lunch - loved the convenience!! And people watching from balcony was cool - felt very lucky to get to stay here!! Also the rooms were very clean!! (Side note you need to bring or buy beach towels and know the chairs and umbrellas on the beach charge $50 a day for 2 chairs and umbrella) but at least there is no extra tax or resort fee - however a parking fee 30/ day.

Great, there are kitchen utensils, next to the big supermarket. Finally I ate a cheap and delicious dinner.

My first staying in motel, I do like the place manager awesome very very friendly the service excellent, Place very clean, takes two weeks to make my decision reads as much reviews about the place, mostly right on. Only one thing not to happy with the shower water pressure extremely extremely low in. To low. Other than that love the place. A+++++++++++.
